My appointment was re-booked and at the second booking she failed to show. She apologized through text and agreed to refund my deposit. However, she has now stopped all communication. I was happy to give Francesca an opportunity. After all, she owns a women owned minority based small business, she also does a fantastic job at cleaning. Hopefully she'll prove herself to be a person of integrity and refund the deposit. Otherwise, let this serve as a warning, think twice bowed giving anyone a deposit.
