It's now Thursday, December 4 and I still don't have my November eStatements. I'd say this is my biggest pet peeve with Unitus. I also use First Tech Federal CU and I get my eStatements from them on the first, unless that's a Sunday.

My husband and I were attempting to bump a contingent offer and everything was on the line. I was quitting the worst job of my life to start a new one, and was working a lot of hours. Long story short: James' team made the entire process easy and seamless.
