I have been coming to Leesa for years. She has done all my lash services from Volume, Classic, Mega, Hybrid, Lash Tint, even specialty lashes for raves! ‍ She even assisted with suggestions during a recent cancer diagnosis when I lost all hair! Her grace & empathy through the cancer process was so selfless. Teaching me how to use strip lashes if that is what I wanted(since my lashes fell out, I couldn't get extensions). Everyone here was extremely nice except the gentleman with the white hair. I called due to my gel x…read morenails chipping within 2 days and a few nails completely falling off within two weeks. The human who answered the phone was so understanding and told me they would fix my nails for free. When I got there, the gentleman with white hair told me I didn't call within the ten days (was never told) and every time I tried to explain what happened he would interrupt and say "I see that, but..." being extremely rude in his tone. When I asked for them to just be taken off so I could leave he said the nail tech would come out and fix them. I had the same nail tech as before, named Janna, who is so incredibly sweet and kind, I do not blame her for my nails being poor as it seems they are worked to be as fast as they can. The gentleman apparently told her to just fix the broken nails (which is fine I would pay for a refill), however she did not check the other nails that were starting to come off. I had tried to show this to the white haired gentleman before he cut me off, so I do not find this to be her fault. While I was sitting there, the man picked up the TINIEST corner of paper towel off the floor by my foot and gave the kid who was doing check ins on the floor the nastiest look and shoved the paper in his face. When I saw how he treated the staff and she hadn't gotten far with with my nails, I just asked her to remove the old set so I could leave, I did not want to support a business that treats their staff this way. While waiting to check out and tip Janna, I watched the man with the white hair speak so rudely to his staff. For the price, the nail techs are trying to push out sales as fast as they can and do not get the time to do a good job. This guy is extremely rude to everyone around. My girlfriend bought a certificate here and I was skeptical...I mean who whitens teeth at a mall?…read moreWeirdos?The person who sold us the certificate was the District Manager and she was very nice and gave us a sweet deal we couldn't turn down. The person who whitened our teeth was Donna. Donna was everything I didn't expect. She went above and beyond to impress us with her expertise. She carefully explained everything she was doing and how it worked. The process was a little much. They shove a device in your mouth that makes you drool and lets the machine shine a bright blue light on your teeth. Also, the stuff they use to whiten your teeth is all ORGANIC?! You can swallow the chemicals it's all natural. I was impressed. After Donna finished me up I was surprised how well it worked. My teeth were whitened multiple shades. I was so impressed I come back every 3 months. I highly recommend this. Now if you are reading this and want some pointers... Bring a fully charged phone. Bring headphones to listen to music and/or reading material. Make sure you are hydrated before hand. Buy the kit they offer afterwards to PROTECT your new shine. Otherwise you just wasted your money.

This place is so worthy of a 5-star review! This place compares your teeth on a 'scale' of white to…read moregross, to see where you rank before your session. And then they compare it afterwards so you can see the difference. Each session is 20 minutes long and they do a few sessions in a row (make sure you bring headphones or it can get boring). If you can, ASK FOR DONNA! She's amazing! They rotate working at kiosks in the area, so try to schedule it with her when she's here. She puts in the extra time to make sure your teeth are whitened, and whitened properly. Key word is 'properly'. I've heard (and seen) that some of the other girls do a quick job, resulting in splotchy whitening. Each person gets a tube of extra deep whitening gel to use under the laser for the session, and she tries to use it all (most people don't) so you get your money's worth! She's so personable and sweet and hilarious, I just LOVE her! Depending on how long you whiten your teeth for, it can result in some sensitivity, especially on the gums. But she gives you a bell to ring in case you're a big baby and need her to fix whatever's hurting your mouth. You may end up with some white pockets on your gums because the bleach dries them out, but if you drink enough water it hydrates them again and they'll go away. The worse your teeth are, the more sessions you'll have to do (obviously) before your teeth look the way you want. Also, make sure to buy the tooth kit afterwards. It comes with trays to form to your teeth, and a syringe of gel to put in the trays at home for about 30 minutes each time. It's a nice way to keep your teeth touched up and purrty. You can buy gift certificates too (usually better because you get a good deal) and you can use them whenever you want. I love the way my teeth turned out!
