I have been here a few times and will remain a loyal customer for years. I come about 2x a year to freshen up my smile. All organic materials are used and the blue light is not as aggressive as the bleaching ones. Never once do I leave with sensitive teeth and the main employee (oh gosh I didn't get her name) is about as sweet as they come. Her customer service is about as good as it gets! Wish I could give zero stars. BUYER BEWARE. They get you in there and then CA-CHING CA-CHING Horrible experience from the start. I arrived and once I sat down in the waiting room the person behind the desk angrily YELLED at me telling me that although they reversed my VISA charge when I was erroneously billed twice, in the future I REALLY MUST call them directly so they do not incur fees. Seriously? This is my welcome. It gets worse. I'm put in a treatment room in the middle of winter and the AIR CONDITIONING is blowing directly on me. I am totally freezing and can't stop shaking. I say something about it after a bit because it's no longer tolerable. The person looks at me in disbelief and puts their hand near the air vent to see if I'll telling the truth. I do get a small space heater and blankets, but it's after I've been there for nearly the entire time. Next the treatment. The technician puts the spacing device in my mouth and says, feel free to adjust if hurts. Well, it hurts like heck because I have a small mouth, but I wasn't shown what was put in my mouth, I've never been here before and I have no idea how to adjust it. The person also does checkin to see if it hurts. I've got tears coming down my cheeks and can't talk...they don't notice? ... Onto the treatments. They paint the liquid on my teeth, VERY FAST, and after one treatment they suggest another. Okay I say, what else can I say, I came here to get the white teeth they say I'll get. So, after two treatments, I decide to ask to use a mirror to see for myself. Nope - not white enough. I don't drink dark liquids and take excellent care of my teeth, but after the two quickly applied treatments, I've still got a ways to go to white. Now mind you, never once was I informed of the additional costs for the additional quickie painting jobs that I didn't prepay online. Oh, and then there's the high pressure sales job on the need for sealant, which I guess you probably do need / but if that's the case they really should include it in the package price and not set a LOW PRICE to get you in the door. So, I go to check out, and am totally shocked to learn that although I already prepaid nearly $200, they now want nearly $300 more for the additional quickie painting treatments and the sealant. Again, none of these ADD ON costs were explained (except for the sealant) while I was in the treatment room. The outcome? Well, my teeth have lines on them, which I was assured would go away. After more than a week they have not. I was also told my teeth would continue to whiten. I'm not seeing it. Lastly, because of what I'm thinking was the quickie painting, the spaces between my teeth aren't as white as the rest of the areas. An overall disaster - and now I'm looking for a GENUINE business to finish the work. BUYER BEWARE. And no I do not recommend. I also won't be going back. Even though they told me to come back every three months I could the special discount $89 touch up coupon. Had a wonderful experience at 5280. From the time I checked-in to the time I checked out they were professional and explained the entire process. I already had decently white teeth (3 on the chart) and the team was able to get me to (1/-1) which is pretty darn good. I did pay for the InstaSEAL ($45) and felt it was worth it. The InstaSEAL protects your whitened teeth so you have no food or drink restriction after the whitening. The process does take about an hour, where you are laying down the whole time. 5280 team will apply a gel (did burn a little but it went away after a few minutes) on your teeth and they turn in a blue Light Emitting Diode (LED). LED light works alongside a tooth-whitening agent. This is the first time I've had my teeth whitened by a professional. You are able to get touch-ups for about $110. 5280 also gives you a punch card and if you have five touch up visits, the next one if free. read more

Well.. 2 stars because i didn't notice a change in shades. I didn't say anything to the staff, because i felt bad. The staff was very kind and professional. It was relaxing. I unfortunately did not see a difference on my teeth. I paid a good amount of $$ and didn't see a change. Crest whitestrips did a huge difference for me when I did it on my teeth back in 2001. Also, i did want to mention that i took my 3 year old daughter who did an amazing job staying on the chair or laying between my legs while she watched and played on her tablet. The lady said she did a wonderful job behaving. I also made sure i was under the light the whole time by looking at myself through my phone camera. Sooo that was NOT a problem. I had scheduled an appointment for my son but canceled because i didn't feel comfortable spending $300 based on my results. 5 stars for the facility cleanliness 5 stars for Carmen's services.. eventhough i disagree with her telling management my daughter was not staying still after telling me she did great. I was happy about that because its not the first time i get told that. 2 stars or 1 because my teeth stayed the same. They can mention numbers and all. But i got pictures. Again everyone has different results. Im basing my review on the results and not the treatment i received from carmen. The mgr mentioned that its like receiving a haircut... you dont bring your kid to sit with you while getting a haircut. Well my child is very well behaved, so i would. Obviously i wouldn't though based on the equipment used for a haircut and hairs that would fall on her. Ive taken my girl to a lot of appts. And meli is not a bother. We got our teeth whitened before our wedding and, honestly, were not impressed with the results. We were told that your teeth only will whiten to the shade you're born with, and it's really just removing stains. That may be true, but that felt like a big waste of money, considering I don't have very stained teeth (don't drink coffee or wine) and my teeth basically looked the same after the 40-minutes. They said I got to a "1" but my teeth are still yellowish, so I'm not sure how that's the whitest shade possible. The atmosphere is really nice and I like that the products are all-natural, but hydrogen peroxide should not cost $200. We felt ripped off. read more

Since my appointment 9 days ago, coworkers, friends, and family members have all gushed over my new bright, white smile. My husband was so impressed, he went in a few days after me and his smile is dramatically whiter too! The office is modern and clean - as soon as you open the door you are embraced by a fresh warm smell and relaxing "spa" music. The manager, Kathy was a doll. She not only checked me in, but helped me with my paperwork (I forgot my glasses). My technician was Jonnica. Jonnica not only explained the process step by step, but was extremely knowledgeable and patient as I asked my laundry list of questions. She showed me my starting shade and explained I was already staring at the lower end of the spectrum - a 3 - which meant I would see a difference, but it would be like going from light gray to white, rather than black to white. I think it's fair to say she under promised and over delivered! As far as the actual procedure- it's as easy as can be. You literally lay back and relax for an hour as the gel works it's magic. I was nervous as I have extremely sensitive teeth, however I didn't experience a second of sensitivity during or after the treatment. I opted to pay for the sealant treatment after the whitening, which meant I wouldn't have diet restrictions and pretty much guaranteed I wouldn't have sensitivity. ($45 well spent!!) I have already booked my follow up appointment for the end of September - going to keep this smile bright and white from now on!! Fantastic!!!! Let's start with the most important part: My teeth are WHITE now, went from a "9" to a "1" and could not be happier about it. I've got sensitive teeth and this process was EASY and PAIN FREE. I read other reviews that there could be discomfort with the device that keeps your lips/mouth open, I didn't have any issues at all and happened to have chapped lips on the date I had the procedure done. Great, friendly, fast, service. Jonica was a gem. She was prompt, professional and extremely friendly. I loved how she explained what was happening, how long it would be, etc. The rooms are quiet, cool, and private. Once you get the mouth retractor in (literally the only uncomfortable part), everything else is smooth sailing. You lay back in an extremely comfy chair with your feet up, in a super clean room. They paint your teeth and put the LED light on, then turn the lights off and leave you to relax! They even offer headphones so you can listen to music, watch Netflix on your phone, etc. You can't make phone calls during the experience but you can text! Seriously a great experience. I went in about 6 months ago! I was greeted by Jonnica at the front desk! She is super sweet with such an amazing and bright attitude! I have sensitive teeth, and despite the reassuring reviews was quite nervous going in to this. I recently quit smoking after 28 years, and wanted to see if my teeth could look a little better. The staff was incredibly friendly and worked hard to assuage my fear that the procedure was going to hurt, and my other fear that I would come out with freakishly white chompers. The procedure was actually quite relaxing. Sitting in a darkened room listening to music while laying almost flat in a comfy chair, I nearly fell asleep. #1 in Customer Service! I came Friday for a treatment and they dropped 10 shades within an hour. I got the sealer so I wouldn't have to have any diet restrictions with eating colored food. On Sunday I thought my teeth had stained so I called and setup and appointment and they attended me on Monday. I came in the the staff was very friendly and explain that my shade hadn't changed, but that it is hard for us to tell sometimes the color of our teeth. They went ahead and gave me a FREE touch up session anyways which drop my teeth an extra two shades plus a Whitening Pen to apply at night. I must say they really took care of me here. I had a premium whitening session here a couple of weeks ago. The woman who worked on me was very sweet and explained the process thoroughly and told me I went from a 5/6. To a negative 1. She handed me a mirror after the procedure but not before..(should have asked.) The experience was fine but I literally see zero difference in my teeth. Zero. this was confirmed by my husband, two kids and three separate friends. It a bummer to take time to do something for yourself, pay decent $ and not get anything out of it.
