I booked a last minute appointment for lashes. When I…read morearrived and laid down she started taping my eyes for the lashes. I've had lashes many times and had them for six months straight. I've never had the issues I had. My right eye started hurting and she said my eyes are red then asked if I was HIGH. I said no and she continued to work. The pain got worse and worse. After THREE HOURS of telling her it hurts and her telling me it was just the chemicals and my eyes kept opening I finally told her she had to stop. I sat there for a while and she asked if could pay her via cashapp. The lashes weren't even done and my eye was in pain. I paid $200 and ended up having to go to the hospital where they said something had scraped my eye. I now have paid $700 for a hospital visit, half done eyelashes, and prescriptions. DO NOT GO HERE.

They then called again to cancel my appointment because she was exposed to COVID-19, so once again, I had to wait because they had no one else to cover for her. I also said nothing at this time. Finally, they then called AGAIN to cancel my appointment due to "issues with the laser" and it had to be sent in for "maintenance". It was also pointed out that this was not the first time the laser stopped working properly. At this point, I asked for a refund. The manager called me back, and only after I explained that I would like a refund did I get my first lackluster apology. I asked her to send me paperwork where I signed that said there are "No Refunds", because this entire situation was not in any way my fault at all. I never heard back from her and now the phone number goes straight to voicemail. PLEASE NOTE: I was getting laser hair removal on my face due to hormonal changes of child birth, BEFORE getting any treatments at Eclat Day Spa. So I know what to expect and how well it works for me. I had no issues, was seeing less and less hair, and was really happy with the results I was seeing at my previous laser hair removal spa. Unfortunately, after my move to Arkansas, I chose Eclat Day Spa to continue my treatments. I cannot express what a horrible choice this was. Not only did I see ZERO changes in my hair growth, I am now back at square one because my treatment was never finished and hair is now growing back EVEN MORE than when I first started. The manager mentioned this might be due to the issues the laser was having WHILE doing laser on my face. Extremely disheartening and so much time and money wasted.
