There is also an area for the little kids to play with. Since it has been a while I had an eye exam, I was very nervous about what was going to happen but Dr. Charlene To put me at ease. Very professional and pleasant . I never felt rushed and she answered all my questions and concerns. She also dilated my eyes and did so many things that I don't remember ever having in my past eye exams! I was actually pleasantly surprised. In shocked and feeling a bit intimidated, I quietly left. I called them 20 minutes later to clarify. The front desk respond was that it was their lunch hour when I drop in and for Dr to write another copy of prescription they would charge $15. Since this was the first time in a long time I have done an eye exam after moving back from Asia, I called another optometrist to double check how they do it in a similar situation. They say that they could print one out anytime if I were their past patient with no charge. After all, I do understand that different clinic has different practices in terms of what they would deliver to their client during and after the service. But I also understand that we as customers also has different options in where to go.
