They were very friendly and kind to each other. There was a very kind older lady who was helping me. She did her best but she was not very familiar with sizing and repair estimates. Then the couple left. Sounds great right? Unfortunately, the vibe changed. The lady that was helping me asked him to help us. The Bad- The salesman came over to help us. Boy, totally different attitude. No smile. No eye contact. No thank you when I left no nothing. He did not make me feel like he was happy to help me as a potential customer. Lost my business. I want to feel like they are happy that I am there. Like the really nice ladies's attitude, hers was wonderful. Super fail on customer service from the sales man. Got married on Sept 20 and within 3 days, the ring was rusting. I was very open with the sales person about my concerns of needing something easy to maintain and was told that as long as I stayed out of salt water, it would hold up well. Then when it rusted, I took it back in. A new sales person helped and said she doesn't like selling them because they are often returned. I have no clue why they sell them if this is a known problem. Either way, I'm glad I got the care plan. I ended up going with another ring in white gold. Without the care plan, I may have been in a very bad position. It won't match the engagement or wedding photos. It also wasn't the ring that my wife put on my finger when we got married, but I suppose if you don't care about that sort of thing, it won't matter to you. It also took a very long time to process the change because they were having issues with their internet access in the store. I had to go outside to pull anything up on my phone as well. For a high end jewelry store, I was very disappointed. I wish them the best of luck but I think I can do better elsewhere in the future.
