This appointment took over 3 hours!! During the appointment I also noticed she was trying to pry apart the eyelashes multiple times after accidently gluing them together... Upon having my eyelashes done again approx. a month and a half later, in Vancouver, I was told there was significant damage to my eyelashes and giant spots of missing eyelashes (I've always had full/long eyelashes). I have since contacted the owner after my suspicion of damage to my lashes was confirmed and she takes zero responsibilty. Find another place to go!

I don't need everyone on main st to see me get my hair pulled out of my face! The open concept is more drive thru than personal care. Now as for the treatment, she was clearly in a rush to get to her friend. When I left, I looked in the mirror in my car.... lots of hair left. Long hair. I was told this would cost 150.00. When I attended my appointment the technician made a decision to chose a different laser machine than I was originally booked in for as per my telephone consult. She lasered my full face and I was charged $350.00 plus tax. I decided to not complain at that time concluding that the treatment should be successful. After 2 weeks and 4 weeks, I noticed no improvement in the areas I had initially made the appointment for. I returned to explain my situation about the original quote price, etc., and that I believed I did not receive what I paid for, I was told that I would need numerous treatments for results. The technician pulled up the pre- photos of my face prior to the first treatment, these were taken after the initial prep wiping and cleaning cleaning process creating a redness to my skin and used these photos as a comparison, stating she seen improvements. The technician then proceeded to use a different machine during this return visit on one area of my top lip and my chin and nose and the results were significant, I wish she would have used that machine in the first place. I'm an unsatisfied customer, I was not validated when explaining the misunderstanding in price, nor that I did not receive the results expected. I do not mind paying good money if I get results. I have been getting spider vein laser treatment for 15 years, so I do know what typical and reasonable results look like.
