I did not cancel anything and it was a forced cancellation. I even asked if there was a late fee I could pay or reschedule it and only pay 50% for rescheduling fee since I've been a customer for so long but once again, she sounded happy to tell me no. I understand that being late is 100% my fault but I've also had to wait for my stylist for 10-15 mins when arriving on time so they are also not 100% punctual. This left a bitter taste in my mouth and I will unfortunately not be going back anymore.
