I've been coming here for regular treatments since I decided to get serious about my pre-wedding beauty regime. For either esthetic or medical procedures, they do require you book a consult for $50 which will be applied to your treatment later. I've seen a few different providers here; Nicole and Rachel are great but Evelyn who done my Botox twice has been the best! She's very upfront and honest about what I need and don't. I felt like everyone here takes their time and I don't feel rushed at all! I've tried a couple different medical procedures (IPL, RF, microneedling) and to be honest didn't find them to work but I do know they say it takes a few times. I've decided to stick with facials, I prefer DiamondGlow over the HydraFacial and have seen Kelly twice and Ianitza once and they're both great! My only complaint is they can be a little pushy with selling their skincare products. Prices for services are definitely high but comparable for the area. read more

I explained that I wanted to prevent future wrinkles in my forehead, between my brows and near my eyes. I visited this spa twice and so far it has been an excellent experience both times. My first treatment was the platinum hydra facial. It was on the pricey side. I would say that's more of a onde a year treat to myself. My skin looked like a million bucks. I also got dysport with Rachel Ludwig and was very satisfied with the results. I initially came here because the cost for the dyaport was lower than my previous place but the second time I went, the price went up by $100 more. A tad disappointing. I got a regular hydra facial the second time around and it not only felt great, it was much easier on my pocket. Kelly was my esthetician and she was great. I like that Melissa Hudiak supervised the dysport consultations and was very much present this last time around. You can tell she knows her stuff and it felt re-assuring. read more

I went here for ultimate duo of CoolPeel and RF microneedling. The procedure and nurse were great. I had a pre consultation and they applied the cost to the procedure. Fast forward a few months ago, I did a pre consultation for a different procedure. I decided not to move forward because they would only do a package of 3 and I only wanted one to start. Ok no big deal. I booked an appointment for another CoolPeel. They would NOT credit me the $200 consultation fee for the procedure I didn't want to do. That is kind of bad business and punishing your clients. Not too happy and it's hard for me to recommend SkinScience based on this. On my 42nd birthday, I jumped the gun and got my first aesthetic injections here @ SkinScience and ladies beware, once you see the benefits of nuerotox, you're gonna want to add that as a recurring appointment in your calendars Personal narrative aside, I recommend this place for many reasons: - they seem to err on the conservative side of treatment, which I appreciate. They always say, you can quickly assess your aesthetic provider by how the providers look themselves. They all look natural and yes, if you scroll thru their portfolio, you wont see charicatures of the overfilled suburban beauty - they're honest: I said I want certain treatment, they say I don't need it (yet!) I'm pretty sure other providers will just do it just to get paid. - the clinic is clean and comfortable and may I add nicely designed. - their medical director is knowleagable and has a legitimate medical education credentials. - they have great marketing BUT they don't sell themselves with bogus associations, societies and awards - again, check their portfolio - no charicatures , or beauty filters (at least it looks like ) Cons: on the pricier side when compared to other Providers but like some say, an 8/unit tox is probably diluted. All I can say is wow! I'm soooo happy I finally pulled the trigger and went to see Dr. Hubiak to get my lip injections. The only thing I wish is I had done it sooner! I was extremely lucky to get in with a same day appointment as I'm getting ready to go to a bachelorette party and I really wanted to do this before I left. Anyhow, she was was able to squeeze me in. When i arrived, she put the numbing cream on & let it sit for about 30 minutes. Then she took me back in did 1/2 a syringe of Restylane. The whole process took a little under and hour. (Side note: For anyone that is afraid it might hurt. it's not bad at all. I would say it feels similar to getting your eyebrows/lip threaded. If you can handle that pain you can 100% handle lip injections. Also, the results are SO BEYOND what I could have wanted. ) Dr.Hubiak is so nice and she knows what she's doing. I had a botched microneedling und eye treatment at the spa few months ago. Although the team had addressed the problem, they had not reached out to me since my last visit with them. I was really looking forward to have the bags under my eye treated, instead I got a bunch of ugly tiny scars. I got them done before an oversea trip. People kept asking me where I got the botched work done while I was there. I was very depressed and angry over the result. I tried to be a good customer, but my service provided by this spa was traumatizing. I want to remind anyone that there is always a risk with any procedure. Update: Dr. Melissa Hubiak had given me a call which I really appreciate. She promised me refund and offered remedy procedures. I don't trust them anymore to go back for more treatments. But, the refund also never happen. They wanted me to sign more consent form for a refund. After a botched procedure, I didn't think it was wise to sign any more paperwork. There is a lot more I wanted to write in this review, but I will stop here because I did have good experiences with the front desk, office manager, facials and laser treatments. read more

Lily is a genius! I have a thin upper lip and a thick bottom lip and wanted it to be more proportioned while still looking natural. Lily did just that using 1ml in a two step process.
