I had to have it! I Dm"d her and she responded immediately. She shared that she purchased them because she knew many weren't traveling. She want to bring a touch of the tropical island to them. ( she had me at tropical) I requested more from her next market visit. During the visit she sent me photos of what was available and how to arrange them.. ( that's great customer service.) During both purchases she offered delivery but I wanted to visit the store. When I arrived on my second visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Amy and browsing her amazing stem bar. The order was actually mixed up because the DoorDash driver who delivered them gave the wrong flowers to our client. When I spoke to the flower shop, they actually corrected the order and went out to deliver the correct set. This is amazing customer service!

I hopped on line and ordered an arrangement on Thursday evening after the store was closed. The flowers were delivered the following afternoon. My mom LOVES the flowers. They said that I did not read the descriptions and what is pictured is the large version and that I agreed to substitutions for the flowers. He said they need to make substitutions because some of the flowers are seasonal and not available. He also said since I picked a cheaper version they had to use less novelty flowers to stay in the price point. If they could not duplicate what is shown on the website in a smaller version, then the picture should be removed or I should have been notified. I chose the arrangement because it was unusual, whimsy and had a spring flare . You are better off to take your chances with an FTD arrangement.
