Ultimate Entertainment made my November 7, 2020 Covid wedding AMAZING. With all the uncertainty this year I felt so comfortable having Rob as our DJ. Maggie was amazing and ensured that if we had to reschedule we could. Rob's energy was always high during the planning process which kept us excited for our wedding and not feeling down due to Covid uncertainties. Due to regulations, guests were spread out into two different rooms and Rob made sure that everyone felt included and involved. It was impossible not to dance from anywhere in the venue. When it was time for important moments he gathered everyone in the main ballroom 6 feet apart with their masks to make sure that everyone saw the first dance, parent dances, cake cutting etc. Part of our package included a video love story and a photo montage. Maggie's editing skills are elite and it was the perfect addition to our wedding. Our package also included indoor fireworks (which were lit up ALL night not just twice) and party give aways which made the wedding more fun. My father does NOT dance and he was on the dance floor all night. My mother said, "With us being married 40 years we've gone to a lot of weddings and I've never seen him dance like that. He didn't even dance like that at our wedding." So that right there says it all! Rob can get anyone on the dance floor - even a 67 year old man who never dances. EVERYONE had a blast. Watch Rob in action and you will know how he stays in shape - at our son's bar mitzvah he didn't sit for a moment! He is 100% high energy, fun, entertaining and makes your day run smoothly. Amazing how he can rally 65 children from 3-16 and keep them completely occupied for 4+ hours by himself! We chose mainly games as that's what appealed to our son, and Rob could not have worked harder to keep the kids smiling and entertained. Everyone loved him and commented on how hard he worked and how much they enjoyed the DJ. He and his assistant, Maggie, are great with the details and making sure all the i's are dotted and the t's are crossed! He has a complete range of party-related options to offer, yet he does not "sell," and his pricing represents a great value. He made us feel so comfortable and went through every little detail with us, we booked them on the spot! We used Ultimate Entertainment for our son's Bar Mitzvah almost two weeks ago and people are still talking about and how awesome Joe (MC), Vin (DJ) and the rest of the team were. Joe really kept the party going and there wasn't a moment of boredom. We really loved how he kept the kids and adults constantly entertained. He even had combine activities were kids and adults participated together. Last night at the Back to School Night, we ran into bunch of parents of our son's friends and they wouldn't stop talking about how much fun their kids had. First from the first phone call to get info for booking they were 200% professional and so polite just made us feel like my daughters sweet 16 was the most important event in the world. Pricing was great and the night of my daughters party, they were in the building and set up by the time we showed up to do a final check 2 Hours before the party!! He was so much fun and lively at the party that we knew we had to hire him again for my grandmother's 90th celebration. I was impressed from the beginning. I can't offer enough praise for this company, and specifically for DJ/MC Rob Franicola. They MADE my daughter's Sweet 16 Party! I had guests approach me all night to comment on how awesome Rob and his assistants were. I wouldn't dream of ever booking anyone else. They are high-energy, keep the partygoers engaged, and carry out your instructions better than you envision them! About a week before the party, they sent me a questionnaire, and they fulfilled every request, deviation and desire I had. For example, my daughter chose a different song for each of the candle recipients. We did not specify which parts of the songs to play, yet somehow he knew to play the PERFECT clips for each and every one. We used Ultimate for my son's bar mitzvah this past weekend and they were nothing short of AMAZING. Rob was our MC and I have no idea how he has so much energy, but he kept the place rocking all night! We had them set up cocktail hour games - foosball, pop-a-shot and a casino table - that were big hits. We had dancers/motivators that were "on" the whole night and had the kids and the adults dancing and celebrating - we got so many compliments on the DJ company from our guests. Ultimate Entertainment was instrumental in making our daughter's COVID-delayed and attendance-lowered bat mitzvah still a huge and uplifting success and a much needed day of fun and celebration for my daughter and our family. They were super responsive and flexible as we needed to change dates and as our budding teen changed her mind several times over the course of nearly two years of planning regarding what she wanted. Rob and his staff were amazing to work with and did a phenomenal job with my son's Bar Mitzvah. As a super busy working mom, my head was perpetually in a million places and Ultimate Entertainment just took care of the details (and me). For example, the day before my son's Bar Mitzvah, I realized that the montage photos I uploaded to dropbox were not complete. In a panic, I emailed them and within a few hours, they revised the montage without even missing a beat. We have used Ultimate Entertainment for our son's Bar Mitzvah and our daughter's Bat Mitzvah and all I can say is they are THE BEST. Rob knows how to get the crowd going, keep everyone having a good time, dancing, and he knows how to make sure the kids and adults at the party all have a great time. We just celebrated my daughter's Bat Mitzvah with about 100 adults and 85 kids. Rob had ALL of us dancing. There was a nice balance..he didn't shout too much in the microphone as many MC's do...which is often a huge distraction and annoying (my pet peeve). The kids never sat down. The music was great and Rob and his team were very open to suggestions/playlists we had. The games/photo booths etc were all great and reasonably priced. The Cookie Do (inquire about this!) was the biggest hit! Rob also handled all of the sound for our service which was a separate entity and it went off without a hitch. I wanted Rob to DJ my wedding from years before I met my wife. I am a DJ myself and from day one I had been very impressed by himself and his team. I was very excited to start the planning process.
