The used to be my regular place to get mani/pedi...NOT ANYMORE! They do not sterilize their instruments and the girl tried to cover it up! She put the dirty instrument in an open bag! The steri-strip on the bag changes to a dark color when it has been sterilized and the color of the arrows on the bag were still pink! The wait was long and then that happened! I came here on a Friday Evening looking to get my nails done I asked for American French Tips. I usually pay $25 for this kind of set at other Nail Salons but didn't mind the $5 up charge at first since I THOUGHT they'd be very clean & professional. Unfortunately that was not the case at all the older man who did my nails DID NOT push back my cuticles nor cut them. He also didn't bother to cut down my naturally long nails. He didn't even ask what exact size I wanted them he just asked "Long or Short" I said short & he cut them at a medium length. He didn't measure the length of my nails to make sure the size matched up. I have some nails longer than others. He barely used any glue on my tips. Very messy with the Acrylic he was working way too FAST, he was definitely RUSHED and cut me 3 times & on one of them I actually started bleeding & he just said "oh haha sorry ma'am" the fact that he thought it was funny made me very upset. He glued 2 of my nail tips crooked. Once I told him that my nails were crooked he just filed them to make them look straight to him. That didn't fix the issue at all bc my nail tips where still glued crooked. And the lady who did my gel top coat barely applied any gel polish my nails looked semi-matte. The dried Acrylic was still very noticeable some edges of my nails didn't even have Gel Polish so I asked her to do another coat. I will NEVER come here again. Don't waste your money on sloppy rushed work because your result will be crooked nails with cuticle bleeds just like they did to me. read more

The techs do a good job and some are friendly. They have a sign in sheet but they do not follow it well. No one greets you or asks what you need done. The times I've been there they do my nails very thin and my nails have cracked. I wear long nails and I would like them to last. I will not return to this place. read more

I asked for a coffin shaped set of acrylic nails and he didn't even file them correctly. Most of my nails looked squared and didn't even file them evenly. After a week the nail polish was wearing off and the shape of the nails wore off (became even more uneven). Now my natural nails are sooo brittle, thin, and break off easily. **Long but worth the read** If I could give this a -0 star I would!! The only person that was there when we got there could not speak or understand English! I completely understand that they speak a certain language but if you're gonna work there you should at least know the basic words like "SHELLAC" "PEDICURE". Come on!!! While getting our pedicures they took over an hour and a half and they did a half ass job. They didn't scrub our feet right and did not take off our cuticles. They tried putting 4 coats of shellac on our toes and for those of you that know shellac, that can get really thick. They look disgusting. Once we finished we were going to start our manicure and as he started we would let him know that he needed to cut the cuticles more or the shape was wrong and he had no idea what we were saying and kept doing his thing. We had to go ask a different nail lady to translate and she couldn't even have him do it. We decided to tell them to stop doing our manicure. We ended up wasting 3 hours there and just got a half ass pedicure. Once we tried to pay the lady that charged us she was only going to give us $5 of our change and try to keep the other $5 for tip. The people doing nails do not follow directions, try to change your mind about what you want, talk in another language to each other while doing your nails (which is very rude and feels like they are talking about the customers) and is overpriced.
