They all sort of work together to give the patients really great service and support. They encourage you.. Root for you.. Congratulate your hard work. They do physical therapy of all kinds- and give awesome hot pack massages (ask your Dr to include massage in your Rx! It's highly beneficial to healing!) They were able to guide me through exercises that fixed pain that had been with me for years. I cannot recommend the service here highly enough. For a long time I thought my pain would never go away, but I haven't experienced any significant pain in over a week for the first time since my injury. Everyone I worked with showed me some of the best treatment I have ever received. They listened well, showed genuine empathy, were extremely knowledgeable, and were fun to be around to boot. Blood pressure machine didn't work, yet somehow recorded a BP that showed up in his report a month after my initial visit. In his report I was recorded as retired, nope I'm full time employed, he recorded I was on Medicare, nope BCBS, he reported I lived in a multilevel house nope wrong again, I live in a ranch. The worst of all he recorded I had my right knee replaced, NOPE IT WAS MY LEFT KNEE. I have been fighting back and forth between BCBS and Luna if I'm covered. I get yes, no, yes, no depends on the day I call. After first visit I was basically blown off for second visit and delayed for 3rd. I contacted my surgeon and dumped Luna, went to Team Rehab. Team Rehab is FANTASTIC, no question I'd go there and have recommended to many people. I'd never recommend Luna.

It's a physical therapy facility and I believe the owner is also a masseuse. The owner of the facility name is Moe. Of course he asked me about the areas that were troubling me. I told him how my mid back was giving me issues so he recommended I try the muscle scraping and dry cupping session. I was not overwhelmed by the muscle scraping or the dry cupping. I feel that the massage would have been better. I typically get massages from another location, but I was open to the suggestion this day! I also booked a one hour session. We started relatively late and also ended early. So I don't feel like I truly got the full session that I paid for.

I would not recommend this facility. The overall experience was negative. There were caring staff…read moremembers, however many of the staff give the impression that interacting with the family is a bother. I found my elderly loved one soaked in urine. Their meals were brought to them yet. They were unable to adequately reach their meal, leading to them having more food on themselves and in the bed, than they were actually able to consume. The response time to the call bell often exceeded 25 to 30 minutes. I often left feeling sad.

There was one young woman who delivered the meals and she'd literally threw the tray on the table. I requested repeatedly for updates on mom's condition never spoke to a doctor and the nursing staff, not all... but a couple were nasty as if they were being disturbed. Seriously disappointed in the lack of personal care for all patients there... She'll never go back there again in this lifetime nor the next.
