We contacted Executive Travel for a round trip to a concert when the company we usually use was unresponsive after three attempts to contact them to make a reservation (growing pains and short staffing). I'm summary: This company was TERRIFIC to work with; professional and efficient. The person gathering the reservation information was cheerful and friendly. They have an automated system that emails the quote prior to the trip, and the gratuity is estimated up front so you know the entire cost and there's no managing of money during the trip. At the conclusion of the trip we also received an emailed receipt showing the applied charges. The driver had a very nice personality and was an excellent driver. He arrived on time and was incredibly calm while safely navigating around crowds of Preds fans, tourists, and other ride share drivers downtown. He let us know when and where to find him after the show and provided a business card so we could call or text him if anything changed about our pickup instructions. Not having to worry about tracking a ride share down after the show allowed us to have a few drinks at dinner and thoroughly enjoy the concert without leaving early to beat the crowds in the parking lots, or compete for a typical ride share. We are very glad we chose Executive Travel and will definitely use them again, as well as refer them to friends!

My email to him on December 3rd stated I was confirming for Saturday, December 6th at 8:45pm, which he acknowledged and confirmed. This left us in a terrible bind to get my daughter and her husband to their hotel after their wedding reception. Her matron of honor tried to get an Uber for them, but uber was not able to find a driver. (we knew way in advance from the venue owner that getting an uber was going to be difficult so that is why we hired Dee) It was incredibly disappointing, not to mention unprofessional, as my daughter had planned for going away pictures with the car service. Dee did apologize and I was refunded the down payment we had paid by Monday, December 8th. He did offer to come and get them, but he was 40 minutes away and we had to be out of the venue before he would be able to arrive. It was just a bad ending to a beautiful day.
