I also did not really know where the Gray Line counter was. The shuttle leaves every 15-20 minutes from the airport and every 30 minutes from most hotels. Their shuttles follow a specific schedule and route from Nashville International Airport to Downtown and West End hotels from 5am-11pm. This was good to know so I knew when to expect them to come and pick me up and take me back to the airport. My pickup window was kind of tight but they ended up picking me up early, which I was not ready for or expecting but that was not a bad thing. Their rates are $14 One-Way & $25 Round-Trip, which is is less than a taxi but more than In Shuttle.
