They're parked right on the side of a busy road so you have to park by the Wells Fargo parking area. I ordered the spicy garlic edamame, one salmon hand roll, and one spicy tuna cut roll. Everything came out to about $25 total, including the $1 credit card fee. The spicy garlic edamame almost got a 3/5 from me because at first it tasted pretty bland and barely had any sauce. But once I got to the edamame at the bottom where most of the sauce had settled, it was actually pretty good, so I'd give that a 4/5. The salmon hand roll was definitely my favorite. It tasted fresh and was made really well. I give it an easy 5/5. The spicy tuna roll was also good, though not my absolute favorite of the order. I'd give it a 4/5. Side note: I was very grateful they gave me three packets of soy sauce because some places serve them like prison rations. The food truck has a decent menu, and they also have a QR code available so you can look through everything before ordering. I don't eat sushi too often, but I'd definitely give this place another try if I'm in the area and in the mood for something quick. Overall, it's a solid grab-and-go sushi spot and probably one of the better sushi options in this particular area.
