He was very kind, listened to my problem with the recliner, and went right to work. I appreciate how respectful of my home he was and how he didn't want me to lift a finger to do anything to help. He showed me the broken spring after he repaired it, made sure the recliner and sofa set were connected, left the place clean, and even allowed me to take care of a few things before putting it back together, all in a matter of 25 minutes!
