We did not purchase our home through this agency, nor did we sell a property. However, my childhood home is now back on the market. When I saw the updates on the listing, it was bittersweet. Lundquist Realty are now selling that property. They were sure to list many of the changes, updates and repairs that were needed for the home. Being as I lived in that home almost 15 years, I know many of the repairs which still needed to be made and those which were kept up on regularly. I suppose it was my mistake, however, I chose to make a comment on a Facebook posting advertising this property. Being a new homeowner myself and extensively learned the in's & out's of purchasing a new home, I had advised there were no mention of repairs made to the floors and crawlspace areas on the south end of the home. I know how exciting, scary and unknown it can be when searching for the perfect home. There is a lot of pressure to ensure such a large investment is the right choice. Upon posting my very informed information, Judy Lundquist decided it would be a great place to personally attack an individual who lived in that home and completely downplay the information. It was extremely unprofessional. I could not imagine an individual being in the profession that long would be so absolutely disrespectful and go the extra mile to say another person was "stupid". If the repairs had been made, a simple comment advising such would have been more than enough to appease the concern of not only a previous tenant but also any perspective buyers. I am extremely thankful my buying experience was not with this company. I could not imagine working with or supporting a business who lacks all sense of professionalism. I will say, it was just one individual who made such a lasting and disgusting impression so I would certainly hope she does not represent the entire company or staff. I continue to have deep connections, family, friends and professional relations in the Wabash area...I will recommend any potential buyers to bypass this company. I hope the home sells quickly. It is a beautiful home and a great place for children. Maybe the next owner will purchase through someone other than Lundquist Realty, this is my hope. read more
