The guy looked at it, tightened the 2 main connectors but made a comment about it still being loose. When I asked what could be done about it, he wanted to know if I bought the battery there. I confirmed that I did, but he had no interest in making sure everything was connected well and doing anything else. I asked about a noticeably loose part (note that I had to bring it up), and he said I needed a new one. I took it to another business close by where the employee simply tightened a screw and told me I didn't need a new part. I wouldn't go here again. If the employee here hadn't acted like he didn't want to deal with it and just wanted me to go away, then I wouldn't be writing this review.

Yes, I declined to service a second time because of the fact that I paid 3,800. some odd dollars the first go around I can not foresee myself doing it again. Then to know that they found that there was another $7000 issue with my truck after returning it to me.
