He was telling about my eye issues, very worrisome diagnostic and did not even look me in the face but kept writing. I had no room to ask question as when I did, he told me to WAIT I'M NOT FINISHED TALKING. I must have hit this guy on a bad day as people told me he was very nice. I cancelled the rest of my tests and will go to someone else who can take the time to look at me and explain.

Exam was decent and professional, although not the friendliest. As expected, the sales pitch began in the doctor's office, to buy 2 pairs of glasses, for two different purposes. No thank you. Again, at the cash, the same pitch, after declining it twice during the exam. I left, with my prescription, confused and unimpressed. Major change in friendliness upon learning that I was not buying frames there. Meanwhile, store was doing brisk business with people who were, there seemed no reason to sell so hard. Some people can't afford their frames, and buy online. They offer vision tests and they should respect that.

I…read moreordered my glasses on Nov 3 and paid in full, I had to return to the store on Nov 6 to have my measurements taken. My measurements were accepted in the lab on the 7th. I was told it would be 5-7 days in the lab to make my glasses. On the 26th I still had no news and called customer service, I was told they would look into my file to see what was going on and call me back. On the 27th I phoned again since I had no news, I was told that my glasses had left the lab and were being sent to the distribution center to be sent to me. The apologized for the delay and told me to send an email to customer service so they could give me some form of compensation for my issues. On the 28th I receive an email that my glasses do not meet quality standards and they need to be remade. I phoned customer service to ask what was going on and I was told that my glasses were fine and were being sent to me. I inquired why I had received this email and I was told it was because my lenses were two different colors, "but trust me, they're fine". After being told that her information was correct and my glasses were in fact being sent to me, I received another email with a new order number. I asked to speak with a supervisor and she said she would have someone phone me back right away. Now we're the 29th, I phoned back and asked to speak with a supervisor, and i was told that the supervisor didn't have time for me and I would have to wait 24 hours for someone to call me. This company only cares about money and does not care about their clients. I have been lied to being told anything just to get me off the phone. Buyer beware!

They have a wide selection of frames in all the latest styles for men, women and children. The owner is really nice but I found that some of the front desk staff are less friendly. The arm of one of my glasses fell off and they fixed it without charging anything, which was appreciated. I will definitely be returning to buy glasses here in the future!
