He made it fun and we felt comfortable taking pictures with him because he made everything go with the flow and it felt very natural! We took pictures at Balboa park and he took us around to different spots so that he could maximize the area and beauty of Balboa Park. It was nice that he wanted us to have a big selection of photos with different background and styles. When we were taking pictures Don made us feel very relaxed. I loved that he made us feel at home and it was enjoyable! He taught us different poses and made it simple as possible. It was such a fun day! She has a great set up for the baby pictures with lots of options for props and accessories. She was so gentle and patient with the baby and got so many great shots. She was also great with my 2.5 year old son and able to get some great family pictures too. Stephanie was always very prompt in replying to messages and she took the time to discuss the sessions ahead of time to make sure we were on the same page with what kind of feel we wanted for the photos. Final edited images were available quickly. I couldn't have been happier with our experience and we will definitely be using Stephanie again.

Most recently, Christina captured senior photos of our daughter, before her graduation. Christina was most helpful, and also accommodating with respect to her time, making herself available around poor weather, to be available when sunsets surprised us. And arriving on-location, in Castlewood State Park and other venues. Christina worked with our daughter to discuss the images she sought, to work on positioning and poses, and backgrounds. Christina captured a plethora of photos and shared them with us via DropBox, and she also makes prints that you request. Our daughter is very happy and thankful for the great photos Christina captured. We chose the Jewel Box in Forest Park on a beautiful Fall day in October to shoot our family portrait. Joel was great with the kids and my 18 month old boy barely stays in one place but I knew Joel captured some great shots. We did multiple family shots, the kids together, individual, mom and daughter, dad and son. My 4 year old daughter felt like she was a model... Joel just kept shooting and she loved every minute of it. When we got our high resolution DVD a week later I could not be happier. Apparently he sold over 1000 Groupons and he personally does each one. If there is another similar special I am on top of it for next year. Thanks Joel!

We got 1 hour in the package, but he was 15 minutes late, so our very rushed session was actually only about 40 minutes (he had clients in the next hour slot that he didn't want to be late for- ouch). Tower Grove Park was our chosen location since it has meaning to our family. Rather than go in and around the park he shot next to a building and a fence. Our pictures look like they were taken in a parking lot, not the park. He would only shoot in shade which did help the pictures, but it would have been nice to be told this before hand so I could find a better location. We got 5 nice pictures out of it, but it was incredibly disappointing.
