Made a phone call to Lupin looking to replace my water softener. It had stopped working and we had another company come out on a service call. The other company told us that we needed to replace it. They could do that for $3400. When I called Lupin, Jeremy said he could come over and give a second opinion. He came over within two hours and quickly determined that the contacts on the circuit board needed to be lubricated. He fixed the problem quickly and said the system was fine. Both Jeremy and Amanda were overly helpful with our water smell issue. To our surprise, Jeremy was willing to come to our house on Saturday afternoon after calling on Friday, the day before.
