When we were ready to do some painting and replacing the floors in our house I was a bit less happy. It took a month for them to complete the job and looking around I find some damage that was done to a cabinet they they removed to lay the new tile and grout "stains" on my stainless refrigerator and stainless stove that I am unable to remove. I also feel like the guys laying the floor tiles and the wood were not did not always arrive at the time we were charged for. The gentlemen who did the painting was there just about every morning when I left for work. All that being said, my house looks beautiful. We are very happy with colors and wood flooring that was chosen. I am sure we will use Joe and his crew again when we need work done.

I was moving out of my…read moresmall studio apartment, and specifically requested a regular (not deep) clean, because it wasn't dirty. They charged me $400 for 4 hours, plus a $30 fine because they found mice poop in one drawer. I was shocked at the price and shared that with them, but that was my fault - I thought it was $50/hour when it was $50/hour for each person (there were 2 of them). When I got home, the kitchen rug had not been vacuumed, and there were pieces of the stove knob labels all over the rug. The labels were peeling off all of the knobs. They "forgot to tell me" about it - I found it and the messy rug when I got home. They said they would drop off replacement knobs the next day, the day I moved out. I don't know whether or not they actually left the replacement knobs as promised because I've moved out. When I went to bed that night, I found that they must have dumped a bucket of mop water upstairs (right above the bedroom) because there was water dripping down the walls, the ceiling was soaking wet, and my bedside table was covered in water. My iPad was lying in standing water on the table. Fortunately, it only got a small part of my bed wet. Finally, I asked them multiple times for a receipt (I may be able to get my moving expenses reimbursed). They promised multiple times, but they never sent it. Never again.

I asked them about the diverters and they could not find them, so they put 2 little ones on under the shingles and now the shingles are lifting, and never put the large one back on the roof where the water comes down. The manager and the woman in the office told me 8-9 times and 5-6 months that they would be back to put the Large diverter on. They never came back to put it on and the shingles are lifting up and Now I have water pouring down my roof valley everytime there is a storm. and Angi and I keep after them to , but they wont. The roof cost me $18,500 , but they wont even come back to complete the Job. They could have come back and made me happy so I could give them a 5 star rating, but they won't They dropped the ball and took off for 5-6 months now

The planning process went very smoothly, and the final outcome was excellent. Many companies drop the ball after the job, but not 5-Star. During the install there was a judgement call made by the on-site team that we needed to change. I contacted the company and they immediately agreed to fix the error at no additional charge.
