Every pickup customer was met with a greeting and he made sure they had everything they needed. When you combine good food with good customer service you have a winning combo. He was 75% done with the burrito, and since it wasn't glass, metal, plastic, or body hair, we didn't complain. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the restaurant was shocking. The dining area had trash, napkins, straw wrappers, and food scattered across the floor, and our table had salsa smeared on it. I also saw a metal pan of food resting on top of a bucket, and the trash can was literally overflowing with old packaging. Every area we could see appeared dirty, giving the impression that basic cleanliness standards were not being maintained. We still decided to eat because we'd always had good experiences with our DoorDash orders. Unfortunately, after dining in, we both experienced food poisoning. While I can't say with certainty what caused it, combined with what we observed inside the restaurant, it was enough that we won't be eating here again or ordering from this location through DoorDash. While we were there, I overheard an employee mention that most of their business comes from DoorDash and other delivery services. If you've only ever ordered delivery like we did, I'd encourage you to visit the restaurant in person before deciding whether you want to place another order.
