Dr. Reddington delivered my first born recently. And before that, I was seeing her for my regular pregnancy check ups. She has been amazing from day one. Doctor is very thorough and patient. I also think she is funny and easy to talk to. Her staff named Carissa and her NPs Katie & Sue are super kind, welcoming and helpful too. I am so glad I found this office. I took a star down for a couple of reasons. 1 - the wait time. I get to my appointments 10-15 minutes early and typically have to wait a minimum 30 minutes to be seen. 2 - poor customer service from the main front receptionist. You can walk in with the biggest smile on your face and she remain unapproachable. read more

Super thrilled with this office. After coming from another office a few miles away that I was not happy with, switching to Dr. Reddington and her NP, Souza was the best decision I've made! They have been great with scheduling, answering my million first time Mom to be questions, and making sure all of my needs are met. I unfortunately won't be delivering with them as I am going out of state, but Dr. Reddington has already gone above and beyond to make sure that my prescription and disability needs are met prior to my relocation. I would highly recommend this office! I think this is the only doctors office where I haven't waited longer than 15-20 minutes to see the doctor. Dr. Reddington and her staff have been nothing but enjoyable to work with. I appreciate her willingness to listen and not over complicate things. She's informative but not to a point where it feels overwhelming. Some of the reviews I've read complain about the front office staff etc. but all of the medical assistants and receptionist are kind and easy to work with. I've never had a bad experience with rescheduling/billing. They are always quick to respond to messages and get all tests read in an efficient manner. I will continue to recommend Dr. Reddington to family and friends seeing as she's the best OBGYN I've seen. I look forward to delivering my 2nd child with her soon! read more

So I will start by saying that when doctor Reddington delivered my daughter back in 2014 that was a great experience. Though like many others during my pregnancy I rarely saw her but overall I was happy and continued to go there. Fast forward 2022 in March I ended up with stage 1 breast cancer and as part of my treatment they wanted me to have a full hysterectomy and oophorectomy which is where they take your ovaries. I was 46 at the time and while I did not want to start menopause I realized it was the right move. Dr. Reddington did the surgery in December 2022 which seemed to go smoothly until March 2023. Turns out she punctured my right ureter tube which caused issues that were fixed but also caused scar tissue which put my right kidney into stage two kidney failure. During that year I went through three outpatient surgeries among ultrasounds, blood draws and other things. The last one my urologist had to cut my ureter tube where scar tissue was and reattach it to the top of my bladder. 7 scars later now I keep having UTI where I had one in my whole life before she did my hysterectomy. My urologist explained if I get a uti I will likely get a kidney infection as well. This has not happened yet but worries me each time. What she did to me has cost me so much more money, work time, and has definitely caused me some depression. Be weary if you choose her as your doctor for surgery. read more

She was the on call doctor when I delivered my son. I had to be induced and she gave me options I didn't know were options, that I liked. She was very patient and efficient at the same time. Gave perennial message I'm sure helped me push that baby out in 45 minutes. She checked on me the next day and was very kind. I didn't have her for prenatal care but highly recommend for delivery. read more

This doctor recommended and scheduled me for an unnecessary major surgery. Thank goodness, I went to a reputable doctor in the same field for a second opinion. Always get a second opinion! This surgery could have caused serious and unnecessary medical issues for me had I gone through with it, especially since I don't have any medical problems. read more

Dr. Reddington is the best GYN I've ever had. She's kind and knowledgeable. She's thorough with testing. She answered all my questions and made me feel confident I was in good hands. I eventually had a hysterectomy which she performed. It went all as planned. I can't say enough about the confidence she inspired in me. I love the staff, they are so kind and welcoming. I don't love Dr Reddington herself. Unfortunately, I was never scheduled to meet with her until later in my pregnancy, which I thought was strange. I worked with the staff and nurses for much of my early pregnancy and loved them. I was excited to finally meet the doctor, but was disappointed in her coldness and unenthusiastic, non-eye contact attitude. She doesn't want to converse and acts annoyed by questions. I wish I had met her sooner so I could choose a different doctor, but I feel like I've already invested so much time with this office and they already know my history. read more

Dr was not helpful at all and it seems she didn't even go over my file. She was unaware that the NP had already suggested an iron infusion for me. I already had it done, yet she said she can send me in for one if I wanted. This shows the lack of attention and patient care by this doctor. It just made me lose confidence and trust in future patient care from this office. I left the appt feeling like this was a waste of time and dr had no suggestions about my painful periods or what to do about it. Won't be going back to this office. read more

Dr Reddington deserves negative stars, giving her even 1 star makes me sick. I made the first available appointment I could with her office. I even re-scheduled another appointment I had just to make my first appointment at her office because I needed to be seen for extreme pain because of Ovarian Cysts and also most likely Endometriosis so I could have a laparoscopic surgery ASAP. The morning of my appointment my grandfather passed away, so I couldn't make it since my Mom was my ride and she had to go to the nursing home where my grandfather was. I wouldn't have asked her to still take me anyways. I called Dr Reddington's office to tell them I couldn't make the appointment since my grandfather had just passed away and that I'd call back to reschedule. They said no problem, call us back when you want to reschedule. Well I call to reschedule after a few days and they tell me it's their office policy to not reschedule patients who miss their first appointment. I stayed calm and reminded them I called the morning of my appointment saying I needed to reschedule since my grandfather just passed away and I'd call back to reschedule and they said it was ok. It sounded like the same girl I talked to before and she pretended not to remember. She just repeated herself that their policy is to not reschedule. At least I was spared from wasting my time and money with Dr Reddington's heartless, lying office. Not who I would've wanted to treat such an important health issue as I'm sure they would've done a subpar job and made my health worse. read more

Not enough words can describe how thankful I am I found Dr. Reddington. She delivered both of my babies and a lot of my friends babies - we all absolutely love her. She is personable, honest, patient, loving, and she knows what she's doing. Hands down, best OBGYN. read more

When I was having difficulty staying pregnant, I switched from another OBGYN group in town to Dr. Reddington. I work in healthcare and a couple of my coworkers had great things to say about Dr. Reddington. As a fellow healthcare provider, I had some concerns about my multiple miscarriages and felt that my last provider was not addressing them. I am so glad I made the switch. Dr. Reddington made the time to listen to my concerns about having multiple miscarriages. We talked about which labs might be helpful and when it might be helpful to be referred out. I soon was pregnant again, and was able to deliver my baby. The front office was always friendly and helpful. The NPs were knowledgeable and professional. The billing process was straightforward. During the delivery process Dr. Reddington was amazing. When things were getting difficult, she asked if everyone in the delivery room could pray all together. As a fellow Christian, this was truly a special moment asking for God's help when delivery was getting difficult. Sure enough 10 minutes later, I gave birth to my son without any other problems. I am so thankful to God for placing Dr. Reddington and her staff in my life. As a fellow Christian healthcare provider I will continue to recommend her to all of my friends and colleagues. read more

I've been going to Dr. Reddington for 18 years. She is great but super busy. Her nurse practitioners though... "Joy" who I've NEVER met, changed my online prescription drastically without contacting me. When I called to inquire, receptionist told me she had called but I never replied???? But left no message that she called, nothing on caller ID??? I've waited 3 weeks to have that corrected. They've done nothing but continue to get it wrong because they cannot pick up a phone but insist to do this electronically which created the mess in the first place. read more

Dr. Reddington delivered my 3rd baby when I was 40 yrs old and high risk pregnancy. Dr Reddington was amazing throughout my care, I see reviews that claim you wont see her post partum, I saw her for many months post delivery and I always felt she took time to listen to my concerns. Her NPs Joy and Sue were great and very proactive to get answers during the difficult times of my pregnancy. My son is perfectly healthy during pregnancy when there were concerns staff was quick to refer us out for imaging, labs, etc. Post pregnancy I had post partum depression and Dt was very empathetic and worked with me on my disability needs i never felt judged or rushed to return to work during this stressful transition. The only concern was that on my delivery date, a scheduled CSection, another Male doctor arrived with her and performed most of delivery. There were no complications so I have no complaint other than wishing I'd known ahead of time that shed have an assisting physician, but 2 doctors are better than one i always say. I would highly recommend others to this practice. read more

If you are pro-life I would suggest you don't go see her. It appears she would rather terminate a pregnancy than deal with complications. After misdiagnosing my daughter and ruining her pregnancy, she has the nerve to continue to bill her. She should be paying my daughter instead, begging her not to sue her. Staff was not very welcoming. The young lady at the front office was rude and not professional. Dr. Reddington was not very thorough looking at my chart before her "medical recommendations" She took a personal phone call during my vaginal examination! how embarrassing. I sat there undressed from my waist down. She did not give my medical care the attention it needed. I am so disappointed. By far the best! I love Dr Reddington and her staff. They are so professional and so kind I can say enough good about them. Dr Reddington delivered both of my boys and she took such good care of me. I'm very high anxiety and she calmed me. She also did both of their circumcisions and it went great. Dr Reddington, Sue, and Joy are very thorough and make sure to listen to all concerns. I've read through the reviews and saw concerns with seeing the NP and not Reddington, her NPs are amazing and knowledgeable on everything! They truly care about their patients. I came here as soon as I found out I was pregnant. I live an hour away, but the drive is worth it. Dr. Reddington is great. She is patient and treats you very well and explains things super clearly. her two RN nurses (Sue and Joy) are also super nice. The nursing assistants are also super nice and they'll remember you. Everyone here will remember you and you will remember them. The wait when you come in for your appt. is short, once I had to wait an hour which was strange cause I normally only wait 10 mins or less i think it was cause dr. Reddington was on vacation. A short office wait is a big plus. The office is super clean. Each room is painted to a theme and even the bathroom has a theme. The doctor and the RNs will take their time with you. Answer any questions with more than a yes or no. They will explain things to you and bring up what to expect before your next visit, when to call the doctor, what to look out for, and tips on staying comfortable. They also make a payment plan so by the time your baby comes your hospital bills and copays are all taken care of. I love it here and would come back for my second baby. read more

Sadly, my experience with this Doctor was terrible. I was referred here for doctor but was seen by her PA and was told I could not get appointment with doctor at all for my first visit as that was never done. They require you to be seen by the PA!!! I was very displeased with the staff specifically Melanie as her phone manor is unprofessional. I will not be returning. When referred to see an MD I want to be seen by that physician not her lower level staff. read more
