I'll be the first to admit I'm not the best with making appointments with her but I can call the day of and almost always get in! If for some reason she is unable to accommodate me same day, she can always see me the next day! When I first came to Kruti, my eyebrows were thin and sparse! Since seeing her, they have grown full and she always cleans them up so nicely! Kruti has been the only person to touch my eyebrows for the last 2 years and I continue to plan on keeping it that way! It was the best thing that could have happened to me. Not only did I find someone who was outstanding for my brows, I also found someone who was the best I've ever had for Balayage and Keratin treatments. I couldn't be happier, and my hair never looked better. Kruti and her husband, Manish, are truly perfectionists. They are also the sweetest and most caring couple.

They pulled my hair so hard that my scalp turned red. They didn't even use gloves, and the salon was very dirty, especially the sink area where they wash hair. I'm extremely disappointed. After my trial of makeup which I paid 65$ for it was like pulling teeth to get a contract for the date that I needed to get makeup done. So come to find out that they were no longer available for that date (although you knew the date before I got my trial done and paid for it). Weeks went on finally found another makeup artist in the company that I was content with and still no contract presented or no communication as to what going on. ( I would definitely recommend you get your contract before you leave this place so that your date and stylist/artist will be locked end!!!

Hair was parted on the side and cut uneven in the back and never was cut feathered back and she cut it to short on the sides like I asked.
