9/7/14 Needed to get a fill in and decided to stop into the place I tried a few weeks ago. This was my second time here and when I tell you they remembered me and what they did for me and asked about my sister and the baby and about my move to Cali soon. This type of customer service and personable character speaks volumes to me. I love the fact that they really treat you as family in no time. She even addressed me by my first name the entire time. She suggested the new two-tone polish which changes colors depending on if you're hot or cold. It is so cool! I can't stop looking at my nails! This is a decent place to get a pedicure. It was quick and efficient. Everyone seemed busy and the phone was ringing off the hook for appointments. As I worked on some school work, my tech performed my pedicure quietly and I thank her for this. The atmosphere is friendly and although it is a small space, it never felt cramped, but cozy. Excellent prices $30 for a new SNS treatment! This is a healthier version on the average acrylic set. Clean salon and they do pretty good work depending on who you get. I haven't had a technician that has done a bad job. I have an issue with the pricing though. I've gotten a full set applied three times within the past year for different occasions. Each time has been by a different technician and each time I have been given a different price. It's frustrating. The most recent time I went I paid $45 for a full set. When I returned two weeks later for a fill (and expecting to pay about half the price of a full set) I was told the total would be $40. I asked how much a full set was and the woman went and asked someone and came back telling me $50 even though I paid $45 two weeks prior. She then went right into saying a fill is $35 and there was an extra $5 charge for it being a french. I have never had to pay $40 for a fill. That is only $5 cheaper than a full set! I found their prices online this evening that says a fill is $18 and $23 for a fill with a french tip so I plan to call in the morning and find out why I was charged such a high price when the price is listed at $23. read more

I came here based on the Yelp reviews, because I wanted to find a go to nail salon in my neighborhood. My nail technician was Tammy and she did a great job. However, I am concerned about the cleanliness of the equipment. I'm not sure where the cuticle clipper came from and she didn't change the nail bit. As for the ambience, it was meh. The pedicure stations are way to close to the nail stations. I mean so close, I thought that a foot nail would make a mistake and hit me in the back of my head! I've been here twice & will be returning for either Vivian or Twee. All the ladies are very friendly. They accept walk-ins but I would just make an appointment. It's clean, but not super clean & the prices are reasonable. Vivian did my pedicure the first time, I am SUPER picky about attention to detail and perfection. She did an amazing job! Tammy did my gel set once and I didn't like it, it could have been better but I figured it was the end of the day & she was tired. That was my first visit. I am here right now at this place and brought my 3 years old daughter and her 3 cousins. He cousins ages are 8, 11and 12. I wanted to bring those 4 girls just so they have a joyful time with each other and getting their nails done "professionally." However, they are not showing any sign of professionalism and respect toward us. Since the time of arrival and Tran H Tang has been showing me and the girls a bad attitude, which I am really surprised since We didn't do anything. We are just regular customers who want to get our nails done. They also didn't do their nails professionally. They have it listed on their screen that girls 8 years old and younger manicure is $10 and $20 for oldest girls. However, instead of a manicure, All what they did was a regular nail polish and that was it. They didn't try to clean the cuticle little bit or cut or file their nails at all. Thao Thi Bich Nguyen did and then re-did 3 of the girls nails and she did a very poor job. The polish was so messy every time she did it. In fact, I could've done a lot better than her and I am not a professional nail person. But this is how bad this place is. And when I complained and asked for a refund, they refused and insisted that their work was done right. I am just being honest and I wanted to share our experience to the public. I will never go back here again. I had to wait an hour and 45 minutes just to get seated. I was getting a pedicure and I saw 3 people come in after me and leave before I was seated. When I asked how much longer I had to wait, they put me in the chair to soak my feet for about 20 minutes and by the time they started to work on me, the water was cold. FOR A FILL IN! Ive been to SEVERAL nail salons and i have NEVER BEEN CHARGED THAT MUCH FOR THE SAME SERVICES I GOT. I tipped on top of that which brought up my total cost to $35 for a FILL IN! First of all they made me do it with two different people, then I go home and my nails are different shapes, lumpy, my fingers have cuts on them and one is like getting infected. She said nothings wrong and they aren't lumpy when clearly they are. They never offered to fix it, do anything just argued with me and belittled me. Horrible service, the lady was very rude and left unpolished areas on my nail. She ignored my request to file nails to my liking so I went back the next day and asked for her to fix mistakes on my nails and she charged me an extra $10 to redo what SHE messed up on the day before. I reluctantly paid the 10 but that didn't stop her from continuing to say that it was my fault somehow and insulting me by saying that I was trying to get a free manicure (even though I already paid you for your service the day before)? This place has really slipped. It was pretty good back in 2013. But since then, the salon is not as clean, the technicians are rude, and the quality of the nail work is only fair. When you walk in, they look up, barely acknowledge you, and then go back to what they are doing. No "hello", nothing. And I've been a client at this salon for more than three years. As for my pedicure, the technician, Jessica, cut one toe nail on the diagonal and never even attempted to fix it. My pedicure felt rushed and anything but "spa-like". Most importantly: I do not think the equipment is as clean as it could be. If you do go, ask for Vivian or Amanda.
