I never once said anything bad about Fran just that I was disappointed because I really wanted to get in before Christmas. The next day I received a very nasty and unprofessional text from Fran that was completely uncalled for. I was shocked that someone who relies on clients to have a job would be so unprofessional. I have been a long time client of hers and even gave her the benefit of the doubt back in September when she cut my hair so uneven that several people noticed and I had to return to get it fixed. When she asked me to turn over, I couldn't understand her so I asked her if she wanted me to turn over and she gave me an attitude. When she was done she just left.
