Lush has some great products for bath, and skin and hair. I can't use bubble bath or most bath bombs, but I can use the ones from Lush. I was at UTC about 10 days ago looking for my favorite conditioner, Happy, Happy Joy, Joy. I was wavering buying more due to the $50 dollar price point. The conditioner just arrived and reminds me of the floral scent you pick up on when you get off the plane in Maui and a walk past a fragrant orange grove. It has rose water and orange flower with almond milk, just to name a few ingredients and the scent is a nice compliment to my 2 favorite parfumes Light Blue and Aqua D Gioa. It's a light conditioner so if your hair is very dry you might need a leave in for the ends. The sales person saw me debating the purchase and let me know they now offer a double sized bottle which saves me $30.00 dollars off the individual large size price. They didn't have any in stock so she offered me free shipping and I was sold. Great service and a great product. At least I will smell good while im staying in place. read more

However, as soon as someone came in knowing what they wanted, she didn't hesitate to drop me for another customer. This store is located inside of the UTC mall in Sarasota. It is tucked away in a corner of the mall, but you can smell all the different products as you approach. The store is bursting with color, fragrance, and different products from bath bombs and face creams to massage bars and body conditioners. The staff are extremely friendly and very enthusiastic. They really know the products well and make recommendations if you ask them. They are also willing to give you samples which I found especially helpful as I wanted to try some of the products first to see how they react with my skin. I love that they don't test products on animals but wish they would be more clear about what exactly "fragrance" means in the ingredients list. We went in today for some things usually the employees are pleasant and nice but not today. There was an employee who was carrying around a fake babydoll as she "worked". I'll use that word loosely. Naturally my 5 year old was starring as you don't see a grown person "working" with a babydoll and the employee shot her nasty looks. This employee is obviously mentally unwell and P.S. if you are going to carry around a babydoll as a grown person be prepared for some stares, especially from kids. I get it Lush..you are trying to be "inclusive" but this is taking it a bit far. It was just us and 1 other customer in the store on a busy Sunday so I think it says something. read more

Really glad this place is here and I can have all my favorites purchased locally again instead of ordering, they're not pushy at all and super willing to show and explain things in the store you're unfamiliar with.. Wish it was alittle larger and had more of a selection with some of their more popular products and such but overall it's a clean location in a very classy and upscale area/mall. Love it, nice girls working the front desk and greeted immediately within coming in. read more

I absolutely LOVE the Lush store! The scents are amazing. There's just a couple things I'm not thrilled with. I thought their products were all natural, but they aren't. I thought that justified the price of the products but since not - I guess I'm just paying higher prices... This particular location is clean with friendly employees who are knowledgable. I am a LUSHIE. Who doesn't love all natural, hand made things? Well if you do, you'll love Lush too! Lush is a new store at the UTC, and it's larger than the one I'm used to shopping at, I might have to make trips to Sarasota JUST for this reason. ZOMG! Bath Bombs, Bath bubblers, Perfume oils, Hair conditioners, Soaps... You name it, if it's meant for the skin and body, they have it. And the scents are pure heaven. Since it's the spring season, be sure to check out the Handful of Carrots bubblers, a triad of hard pressed "Carrots" that you can use more than once (I use each carrot twice, sometimes three times - until it dissolves fully.) It will leave your bath smelling fresh and sweet, almost tropical, and the bubbles will be VERY high! read more

I love lush already, but this store was so much beautiful and the workers were sooooo nice and helpful! I wish I got their names so I could give them the appropriate praise. I went in with my old father who didn't care for lush but he loved how nice the workers were that when he left he asked if we could go back tomorrow and buy more stuff. I like lush and really support there naked products, like the bath bombs, soaps etc. However, I don't understand why the shower jelly's are in a clear plastic container instead of the regular black one. I like to collect the black ones to bring back to the store for face masks!! Besides that, this store is great. All the employees are very friendly, and in my 15 minutes inside the store I had been helped 4 separate times and offered many demos! read more

Products made with organic, vegetarian fruits and vegetables and No animal testing gets this store a super 5 star rating from moi! And they are environmentally friendly! Pots and bottles are bpa free and recyclable. Very friendly and helpful staff at this location. I wandered in and was looking for a sulfate free shampoo. They offered two and was told that all the others have no more than 10%, which is 10% more than I want. As she wasn't sure, she checked with a manager who assisted me in my purchase of curly wurly coconut shampoo. The list of ingredients is more like an upscale health food store. Avocados, protein rich fresh eggs, extra virgin coconut oil! I'm a fan! The shampoo comes in what looks like a small pint of ice cream. It's hand made and dated. Thank you, Shannon! They have bath bombs, shower scrubs, face products, makeup, perfume and more. All hand made too! Glad to have wandered in and I would have purchased more but had a 14 yo impatient teen boy with me who isn't into cosmetics. Hmmm. And maybe that's actually a good thing. read more

My experience at Lush could not have been better. Fatima was the most helpful, cheerful, and informative employee I've ever had the pleasure of encountering in any store. She did several demonstrations, helped me and my friends with several of our questions on recommendations for shampoo bars, hair masks, moisturizers-- she gave us such incredible individual time and made us feel so special. read more

I think no matter what LUSH store I am in I meet the nicest people ever! the products can sell themselves but it was Amanda and Fatima who kept me there longer than I planned and ended up getting quite a few new productsI can wait to try!!!! They both were so knowledgable and friendly that I couldn't help but want to stay and chat about their favorite products and what new ones I should try. I also was extremely happy to spend money on Charity and the bath bomb they had for Trans rights! This store is always amazing and I can't wait til I'm back in sarasota to visit again so I can come back!!!!!!!
