As a longtime fan of Lush, almost exclusively for their bath bombs, this location completely exceeded my expectations! The displays were mesmerizing and beautiful, I loved that it added to the shopping experience. As with any Lush location, I was drawn to the store by the signature aroma even from several store away. Upon entering, I found that workers were super friendly and welcoming. The displays, with their heavenly scents and shimmering sparkles, proved to be irresistible... Of course, I didn't make it out of the store without snagging a couple of bath bombs. This location reminded me why I've always loved Lush. Me and my friend went in to Lush on 8/07/25 for the first time. Esteban was very helpful and talked to us for like 20 minutes about every question we had and he didn't get frustrated with us once. I have taken on a whole new approach with self-care during the pandemic. I have always been a fan of Lush products mainly because it is vegan and cruelty-free. Their scents and quality built and packaged in their products have made a Lush believer out of me! My skin is normal and clear with an oily t-zone. Though, now that I think about it, my t-zone has not been oily since using Herbalism. I use this cleanser daily and nightly for my face. It has helped to prevent any blemish breakouts with chamomile and rosemary ingredients. Following that cleanse, I use a facial moisturizer, Cosmetic Lad. It's light and smooth with a Fruity Pebbles-like scent. Body moisturizers such as Charity Pot is my saving grace, as it leaves such a bright, dewy glow to my skin. Not to mention, it has such an amazing scent to it. Less of a dewy glow, Dream Cream can be your next best bet with creamy textures. Pansy is another one of my fave body lotions, feeling like half Charity Pot and half Dream Cream combined. Fizzy bath bombs and bath oils come in colorful designs and aromatic scents. It has made a bath bomb fanatic out of me and that's coming from a person who is not a "bubble bath" enthusiast. For shower routines, the skin moisturizing soap bars leave me smelling my best! I absolutely cannot break away from their natural cut ingredients like rose oils or dried fruits. Peppermint foot cream is part of my post shower routine. A pink, minty, cooling lotion helps to seal in moisture on the heels of my feet. There's even sections for the hair, beard, and lip cares. During this pandemic, Lush asks you to wash your hands with their small soap samples, prior to shopping. If you need to try a product, be sure to check with an associate first. Lush has great products but I have had some really bad experiences with the day after Xmas sale . I try to place an online order when lush says it's time to order the system crashes then I get charged for items that never got ordered . Calling the customer service person is another nightmare waiting almost 45 minutes then they can't place my order I got charged for and all the gift sets were sold out .They said I will be getting a credit for the order that was never released in there system in 5 to 7 days . You would think Lush would treat the online customers a little better it's not like they are hurting for business or they don't make money . Note this is the online sale only I have had bad experiences with . The stores are nice and people are helpful . Being on a tight budget and a senior I try to find the best sales I spend so much time dealing with the lush nightmare that I missed some of the other sales. read more

Maddie sat down with me for nearly two HOURS asking questions and getting to know my skin/hair, preferences, areas of concern, and letting me try things in order to get me exactly what I was looking for and what would fit me. She was personable, funny, patient, so helpful and SO knowledgeable (the LUSH guru, if you will). I left feeling confident and happy with everything I bought, her having listened to me and only suggesting things that truly fit what I was interested in; she also gave me samples on multiple things I was curious about. Can I just say that I get lost in here? Not physically, but mentally. I'm SERIOUSLY caught in a custody battle over my paycheck to Lush! lol. In all seriousness, guess you can gather the fact that I love this place. The aroma of all their varied scents and fragrances lure you from around the corner of the store. For a moment, I feel like I have stepped into "Never Never Land." Funny how smells (and food) can immediately change your state of mind and mood. The creator of Lush has truly created a wonderful thing, with all natural ingredients that are harmless to the environment- what more can you ask for? I especially appreciate all the choices for men, women, boys and girls considering my son has always had sensitive skin. Now he has many choices for bath time fun without having to pay for it later. He loves the mold-able soaps that change with the season. They have the rainbow and monster face ones that stay year round though. When he bathes in these, I can smell the fragrances down the hall. :) We both love the various bath bombs as well. They've gotten so creative with the colors of the bath bombs and how the actually bubble when dispersing all of its elements. Usually my experience here is great with engaging staff but yesterday was horrible. I don't care about age as long as you do your job but the staff that day looked like they were barely 18-20. As I walk in I had 1 customer ahead of me & 1 customer behind me. The available reps didn't even acknowledge me & went for the other 2 people, more questionably the one behind me instead. I'm wondering around in this tiny store for about 15min waiting for anyone to help me. Anytime I made eye contact with a lone rep they would just walk away for some unknown reason. Eventually I had one rep finally approach me asking me if I needed anything & I said yes I would love some help! She let me ask some questions, stated they ran out of everything I asked about, then told me to wait & went off to mess with some products- 5min later she's helping someone else. (Benefit of the doubt she may have actively been with them but she never stated that). I gave up & walked out with my own few hand picked items hoping to have had a big basket full that day. I still do plan on coming back because I love Lush products but I really hope I don't have to go through that experience again. read more

I'm relatively new to lush and I LOVE the bath bombs and lotion bars for sore muscles. Employees are very helpful and fill you in on everything. I came in tonight to pick up some lotion bars and realized they were closed as i pulled on the door (6:05pm). ROBIN came to the rescue unlocking the door and letting me in to get what I needed. Soo good. We used to frequent the Lush in willowbrook and it was crammed into a Macys. This one is so much nicer with the open doors. The staff is very helpful but seem new to the products. Lush products are absolutely amazing! Mask of Magnaminty is their BEST product. The workers there are very educated on the products & can tell you anything you want to know. Yesterday was my very first time going into lush. I have problem skin so I was looking for face products. I didn't wear any makeup and wasn't dressed up at all because I was getting over a little sickness. Anyways, as soon as I walked in the store I was overwhelmed! It's a small store with so much product. 4 associates were working- it was slow. I had no idea where to begin to look.
