They are very quick to blame and not listen to their customers if something does not turn out right. I've experienced some green streaks in my hair and left a message asking to give me a call back. When I received a call back the first thing the receptionist says is well you took a call during your hair appointment ( I'm sure I'm not the only person that has taken a phone call or work call during their hair appointment) and that might be why you are seeing the green streaks. She doesn't sympathize and say oh no , I'm sorry you are experiencing this let's see what we can do. Instead they jump to conclusions and very quick to blame the customer. My hair dresser Ashly never gives me a call back directly to gather more information (3 days have past since I left a message) and to see how we can fix this. Instead she has her sister Amy call me back again blaming me that the treatment did not go the way it should have. After several minutes of her arguing with me she finally scheduled me to come in to get the toner fix. The next day my hair dress again doesn't call but text me that I'm not taking responsibility and putting the blame on her (by the way I have yet to speak with her over the phone). I explained to her I'm not blaming just want to fix the green streaks. She then says she is canceling my scheduled appointment and I can go somewhere else to get it fixed. I've been an easy customer that has spent a lot of money with this salon ($335 for cut, root touch up and toner touch up) and when my hair dresser Ashly wants to move my appointments around to accommodate her schedule I do so with no complaints. When she is working on 2 clients at the same time and not giving me that full one on one experience, again no complains. The first time I've ever reached out about green streaks in my hair and then blamed from the start by the receptionist, Amy and Ashly. Then to top it off I was asked by Ashly to no longer go to their salon. I was never asked to come in to take a look at my hair or let's see what we can do and work with me. It's very hard to get great customer service and I was hoping this salon would have been able to provide that to me. I would say if you are looking for a salon for great service, that will spend one on one time with you during your scheduled appointment time and not bouncing around to other clients, and has fair prices then this salon unfortunately does not have these qualities. I hope they learn from this experience and next time listen and try to communicate in a positive way and compromise a solution that everyone is happy with instead of losing more loyal customers. I was beyond impressed. Diana, Tina, and Helen were amazing. Diana did my ombré nails, and Helen did my pedicure. Tina did my daughter's nails. From the minute we sat down, they made us feel comfortable and welcome. They were very gentle, attentive, and clearly skilled at what they do. They took their time, worked efficiently, and never made us feel rushed which I really appreciated. This was such a relaxing and positive experience, and I'll definitely be back. I came in for a basic pedicure (about $34) and was the only customer in the salon. Even with no one else there, the service felt rushed and lacked effort. The tech was very light-handed and didn't thoroughly remove the dead skin from my heels. To make matters worse, once my pedicure was finished, I was asked to move to the drying station instead of drying in the pedicure chair. I was working during my appointment, so I had to pack up and move my laptop, devices, and other belongings for no apparent reason, despite the salon being empty. It was unnecessarily inconvenient. As my polish was drying, I noticed my heels were still rough. When I pointed it out, I was told I had chosen the basic pedicure and that I "needed a cheese grater." I disagreed. My (80 year old) longtime nail tech had never used a cheese grater and consistently leaves my heels smooth using standard tools and proper technique for my basic pedicure. What disappointed me most was that they refused to correct the issue, even though there were no other customers waiting. It would have taken just a few extra minutes to make things right. A basic pedicure should leave your feet feeling smooth, and good customer service means addressing reasonable concerns when they're brought up. Unfortunately, this salon did neither, and I won't be returning. Guest relations go a long way
