I love this STORE!! I love all of their products and often times I leave with more than I intended because the staff is so helpful and they explain the function, ingredients and benefits of every item. I've been using their products for 3 years (when I can afford it) and they are awesome! Grant it sometimes my husband thinks I'm crazy for paying $8 for some soap but it's good stuff. Online buyer beware! I have ordered from Lush several times. 2 time out the the 10 I have never recieved what I have ordered. Supposedly it was lost in shipping. Both times it was seaonal items I ordered and had to get a ful credit back because it contained items that were longer in stock by that time. It is frustrating when you order seasonal items as gifts and it becomes no longer in production. I refuse to deal with lush again. I would have rather had the seasonal items the have the dissatisfaction or disappointment of replacing or refunding. read more

This company is fooling the public. It is animal friendly but the ingredients you could be getting from China, not vegan, and not organic. I purchased a bath bomb and it ruined my tub with stain and my bath pillow. Company not too concerned. Be careful of what you buy here and check the ingredients. I've been making the transition from standard to natural cosmetics and I stop at this store to stock up on my massage bars, soaps, & facial wash every few weeks. I always come out of the store with free facial masks (check the bottom shelf of the cooler for write offs) and samples. I love this location! Always great customer service and I love Lush products in general! They always seem to have a good selection and knowledgable employees! I was there yesterday and after going crazy with bath bombs, I also purchased the new teeth tabs, the woman working also gave us a sample of the charcoal teeth tabs, tried one them this morning and they are AMAZING! Great products but horrible associates! Go to mall of georgia. Their associates aren't pushy like they are in perimeter. I was looking at the bath bombs and the associate was shoving shower gels in my face to smell. I didn't like that so I got my bath bombs and walked right out. I had ordered the Dark Angles and my order hadn't shipped after 10 days. I called customer service and talked to Richard. He was extremely friendly and apologized for the inconvenience. He immediately looked into why it hadn't shipped, and it ended up being because UPS lost it. He said he would reorder the Dark Angles and said he wanted to make up for the delay and asked me if there were any other products I liked or wanted to try. He gave me the R&B Conditioner for free. He was extremely helpful and explained some products I asked him about. This was by far the best customer service experience I have ever had, especially regarding an item that I hadn't gotten. Got a basket for mother's day. Two skin creams, ok, but scent of both, somewhat offputting. I can live with that. The last item was shower sorbet. A gelatinous mass of pink goo that ran down the drain after I struggled to rip off a piece. My fingertips, however remained bright pink from contact with the evil mess. Ok I love LUSH products but man I'm not going in this store again...I'll just purchase everything online. The staff are on you like poo on flies! I had a list of about $120 worth of stuff that I knew I needed to get, they were out of or didn't stock half of it and I was deciding whether or not to purchase more conditioner or not (mind you I had $80 worth of product in my basket at this point) and this girl WOULD NOT LEAVE! Like, seriously if I tell you"I have a list, I'll let you know if I can't find it"...don't start showing me stuff I already have or didn't come in here to buy! (I also asked for a sample of a facial moisturizer too, while I was in line; the girl acted like I asked her for 20 dollars and put about an eraser heads worth in a jar...online they send you at least 2 or 3 nice samples). not much to ask I didn't think considering I come and drop between $40 to $60 a week in there bc the product helps my skin so much. I can't say enough about their products but unless you HAVE to go in there, don't..I spoke with a friend who worked there and said that's how they are trained...never leave a customer alone. This is the only Lush location I've been to thus far (they are few and far between in Georgia), BUT I love it so much that I can't imagine any other location could be better. The first time I ever came here, the store associate doing the greeting gave me a free facial and even offered to wash my hair! I was pretty disgusted when I learned that Lush puts parabens in its products. Parabens are known toxins / endocrine disrupters thought to contribute to the risk of cancer, particularly for women. All forward thinking cosmetic brands have eliminated parabens from their products so what's the deal? It really contradicts Lush's image and brand to use these chemicals in their products. About to return a product I just bought from Lush the other day for this very reason. read more

I went shopping in Brisbane and I was very exited to go in to lush for the first time and as soon as I walked in the staff were so friendly and kind and felt like family. I was talking to them of how I had been watching YouTube and deciding what I was going to buy and they made the experience so wonderful by letting me choose bath bombs then puting them into the water and making flavours.They also gave me the best deals of things that I liked and it made me feel like family when I had finished shopping they gave me lots of samples of products I was thinking about buying. And when I was leaving the girl who had been serving me gave me a big hug and that topped of my experience I would definitely go to lush you won't regret it . read more

I've never had a bad experience at lush until I experienced the ones located in Georgia it seems the perimeter and Lenox location both are filled with the laziest people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting every time I go to any of the New York lush locations I'm immediately crowded by friendly faces and smiles and people asking me if I need help and are always the most cheerful and nicest and kindest people ever but when I move to Georgia I noticed that there was quite a shift in customer service in the south and unfortunately I don't have anything good to say about either of these locations I feel that the managers and sales associates are trained properly enough and proper customer service etiquette they act too lazy almost robotic like all of them in sync don't want to help you and they only well once you're obviously standing close enough to them and beating their personal space or you ask for help even then they act like it's such a chore to have to ring you up are you still want to work for this company as I have a background in skin care myself but after applying and hearing the feedback I got as well as noticing how they acted I decided against it and felt it would be best to stay away from working with this company or even associating with any of the employees in person I will be doing all of my shopping online at this point until I can return to New York where I can experience a much more friendlier experience with lush read more

Let me start off by saying that I am huge fan of Lush. I think they are a wonderful company for pushing vegan health care. However, I am not a fan of the way that Lush employees treat customers that come into the store. I am a frequent shopper at Lush in Perimeter mall and I am always bombarded by associates who are trying to sell me the most expensive products and telling me all of the things that go into it. I do believe that as a customer service representative- customers should feel comfortable when coming into your establishment. A lot of the girls that work at Lush in perimeter are quite rude and if you only want one thing they kind of seem like you're a waste of time. My advice- maybe try being a little more friendly and less pushy. If people want to buy your product they will. But don't make people feel less than because they don't want to spend all of their money on your overrated and over priced products. I understand that you all are sales people. But there is a better approach you can use. The managers to regular sales associates could use some attitude adjustments. I apologize if you dislike your job. But my advice is to go find something you enjoy more instead on subconsciously being mean to customers. read more

Hello, I will start to shop at this location. My daughter is 13 yrs old we both love the no animal cruelty ! We can no longer shop at the Buford Mall because the Manager Evannie is so mean and very rude to customers and to the other associates. She does not answer questions properly about the products, she walks away when customers are talking to her, she stands with her expression looking very angry and mean and is not welcoming at all. She tells the other workers to take care of customers and she does not assist meanwhile customers waiting. I decided to write a letter to the Lush customer service because this woman is causing my daughter to lose her fun experience when shopping at Lush. We still have our Christmas gifts shopping and a few birthdays for her friends so I we will be driving to this store instead. As I wrote in my letter to the Customer service, You market that you are kind to animals maybe you should retrain Evannie to be kind to Humans! Especially good customers of Lush! read more
