They cleaned up even the yard waste I had created in another area of the front yard while they were working on the tree. Thorough and yet efficient, and kept in touch leading up to the work being done, and followed up with me on the quote they initially gave me without being impatient or pushy. They were patient too, since it took from fall, for the initial quote, to February before I was able to schedule the work.
