They might be a good lawn care company...but I'll never know since they don't pick up the phone or return messages. They ghosted on one of my neighbors after they complained that C & M mowed only one half of their yard. The next week C and M sent out a reminder that mowing would happen today! It didn't. We called them and they said the message was incorrect and that they'd mow the next day. They didn't. C& M are unprofessional both in their work and in communication. Look elsewhere. read more

Mark KNEW how important it was for my yard to be done before my company arrived and he stood me up several times until I had no time to even hire someone else. I guess a $400. job, for a repeat customer, wasn't important enough. If he was too busy he should've just said so. I even tried to set up payment by my property manager so it could be done while we were away, picking up our company, but they said they couldn't do that. Just kept rescheduling me until nothing. He's on the pricy side but does good work, when he shows up. Just make sure you have a back up plan for when he drops you without communicating. read more

Early in 2024, I asked to have the lawn cut weekly for about 6 weeks. Unfortunately, the lawn was cut for the first 2 weeks and then nothing. We were out of town so the lawn went wild. The office was apologetic and didn't charge for the visits that occurred. While I appreciate the gesture, I was not happy the missed cuttings occurred and wasn't notified. He walked my property with me and noted what I wanted done weekly as well as discussing future landscaping, irrigation repair and winter blow out.
