I was sat down and a grumpy lady in her 30's or 40's was assigned to me. I was literally out the door 14 minutes later. No soaking, 20 second massage, no hot towel. She worked my cuticles so hard, two of my toes were bleeding. I headed to Hawaii the next day and my two toes hurt the entire time. I'll go back to my two go-to places who at least treat you nice. I'm just so over nail salons who over promise, don't listen to what you are asking them for, and then charge you unbelievably hefty price on top. This set cost $65.00.
