I was sat down and a grumpy lady in her 30's or 40's was assigned to me. I was literally out the door 14 minutes later. No soaking, 20 second massage, no hot towel. She worked my cuticles so hard, two of my toes were bleeding. I headed to Hawaii the next day and my two toes hurt the entire time. I'll go back to my two go-to places who at least treat you nice. I let it go and let her continue. Then she puts on tips and continued to her mediocre work. At the end I was left with nails looking like a five year old did them. I'm just so over nail salons who over promise, don't listen to what you are asking them for, and then charge you unbelievably hefty price on top. This set cost $65.00. Again, my nail tech in Modesto does a spectacular job for $45.00. The owner asked me how I liked my nails and I just smiled and said good. At this point it was too late. Will I go back again? No.
