I broke a tooth last night, and they got me in today quickly and fixed the problem. This is the…read morethird time that I have broken a tooth, and they have gotten me in quickly each time. The staff are friendly and great. They listen carefully and answer all of my questions. Dr. Haring worked on my tooth today and gave detailed advice. He told me to be careful if I was drinking something hot while I was still numb, and suggested that I touch any liquid with my finger to ensure it wasn't too hot. After all the dental work that I have had, that was the first time anyone had given me that tip. He also reminded me to be careful if I ate anything before the medication wore off, and to chew softly. I appreciated the care from everyone today.

They call us months later, they didn't receive a check and said they had been sending invoices, we didn't receive any because they had our address wrong. They went back on the agreed amount and said if we didn't pay they'd send to collections. When my wife tried to pay they hung up on her. They made the adjustment on the price because they thought we would come back after they called my wife a liar over the phone, and when we didn't they went back on it and charged us the full price. I tried over and over again to pay the amount we agreed on and they wouldn't have it, so they can do whatever they have to do. I won't pay, it's a matter of principle at this point. Update to the reply: What makes you think after like 5 years of paying on time all the time with no issues, that I decided I just didn't want to pay the bill one day? By the time I was aware that you didn't get the check the office WOULD NOT LET US PAY! We got hung up on more than once trying to get the bill paid. You expect me to tolerate all of your mistakes and screwing around but if I make the mistake of not making sure you got my payment, it's a complete 180. I can't believe you go up to the school and community events, put on the happy go lucky act and dance around, and behind the scenes this is what you're like.

Dr. Cloyd is a wonderful man, very reassuring and kind. He has helped me decide what to do about several dental procedures and I was/am very happy with the results. Dr. Gooding was an excellent addition to his practice! She is wonderful with children. Adults too as I've seen her multiple times as well, but she's especially great with children! She is compassionate and caring, and is able to fill a cavity without my child even realizing what's going on! She does a wonderful job telling them what's happening without making it scary or frightening. I had an issue during a procedure and Dr. Gooding went above and beyond to make sure that I was alright and that we got the issue taken care of. I have heard some people say that Crownhill is more expensive than other dentist practices but for me the service and care I receive make it entirely worth it. I will never go anywhere else!

I was told by a dentist I had 10 cavities. When I saw Dr. Villareal I found out there was only one cavity. When my children were 6, 5 and 3 years of age I took them out of the local pediatric dentist. They hated going there despite all the bells and whistles. I started them with Dr. Villareal, they have never had a dread of going to the dentist since! Their professionalism, honesty and patience are a fine example for other offices.

I recently relocated to Terre Haute which is why I need a dentist, but I have spent the last 12 years in the dental field. I have never heard this rule before. On the bright side and the reason for the second star I have also never met a dentist willing to turn down thousands of dollars in cash, so you can probably trust them.
