ATTENTION MILITARY MEMBERS: Do not use this dentist if you want Unitrd Concordia to pay for it. You can ask them if they are within network and they will say "Yes, we accept payments from United Cobcordia". They are not in netwotk. They will use jargon that makes it sound like they take United Concordia saying, "We process payments with them" but in reality that just means they will charge your insurance as an out of network provider and charge you with a huge bill later. These people know what they are doing and will take advantage of you. Just look through their 1 star google reviews. They have not had a contract with the DOD since 2017. They will procide to tell you that Tricare is a subpar insurance and that knowing who their business is in network with is a privilege (as if every other medical provider does do that). A bad way to treat your veteran customers and poor business practices. Would highly recommend any Military members to not use this service if they appreciate honest business and using the insurance they have to pay for as much of their bill as possible. read more

Dr. Burns is an outstanding dentist. He is so sweet and caring! I have neglected my dental health for a long time because it terrified me! Going to see him has really changed my view on dentistry. He explains everything he is doing and is very gentle! I have never been to a dentist that made me want to go back until my appointment with Dr. Burns. The rest of his staff also deserves 5 stars. They work and communicate so well together. I would recommend sedation dentistry. Especially if you have a lot that needs done! I had no adverse effects from the medicine he gave me. Just a much needed nap! I didn't feel any pain during my appointment and I had a root canal and fillings. I urge you to not make the same mistake that I did...go somewhere else if you appreciate good customer service. At one point the office manager even rolled her eyes at me. The other staff will not speak up because she is the dentists wife. I was treated like I was the problem and was overcharged according to my insurance. I was assured that refunds were processed on the 1st and 15th of the month. It is has been nearly 6 months and I am still waiting. I also asked for a copy of my records so that I wouldn't have to deal with this office anymore and was told they would send everything to my new dentist with a signed released. In my opinion, this is a violation of my rights to my records. I asked for them to be sent to me, not another office. They can email them to me just as easy as they can to a dentist's office. I can't wait to see the response to this review, will probably state how they "strive to provide excellent dental care". I would consider changing it if refund is sent. I would ask one question of this office - "If you were expected to pay up front and later found out you were overcharged, how would you feel if you had to fight for your money back?"
