He then said he'd have a quote sent to me the very next day, it's been over two, almost 3 weeks and I can't get him or his office to answer me, and still never got a quote. Another local company I called was here the next day for a quote, and came back to do the job within 3 days of quoting it. Do not use TravCo plumbing. upon telling people about this experience I've found out it's par for the course for them. Take your business elsewhere.

They protected my floors and white fireplace from dust and debris. There was 4" of gunk up in my fireplace chimney that he cleaned out. He also put the camera up to see if the chimney was healthy and made recommendations as well as sending me quotes for those options. Overall, his visit today was reasonably priced and I think the work was very thorough. They did say they don't normally come this far to my small town but I'm glad they did because I would recommend them again.

Not a huge selection, but again, they are being phased out on the natural fireplaces. My Husband and his Brother did the installation themselves bc KBL's guy was having surgery and doing it ourselves saved a lot on labor. Kevin at KBL was fantastic from start to finish. Excellent salesman and willing to talk and educate you on whatever you need in regards to your home build. He also promised to take back whatever parts we didn't need after the installation....and he did. We are now having some warranty work and we feel confident it will all go fine.
