It was like they forgot they were in business and wanted to skip all the inportant information one need to make a decision. then I called several times, couldn't get call back, left a message, nothing. Finally after several days I called again and talked to the person who originally helped us. I then instructed her to please mail our sapphires to our home. Red flags had gone up big time. They charged me $15 to ship 14 little stones back. Hope I get them. I will never deal with these people again, period.
