Unfortunately I did not get anyone's name, but the manager was superb, really made a great effort to ensure that the ring returned in better condition than when I brought it in. The young lady (who's Friday is actually her Friday) was amazing as well. The quality of the work was outstanding! I actually tried the other jewelry shop in the mall but they were unable to help. I'm glad, because I probably wouldn't have walked into Morgan's. I will definitely be back!

I was back in about 6 min. Okay I was kind of antsy but I also noticed the nice selection of inventory they had. So I started looking at different items. Then I decided on a beautiful Ruby necklace they had. I was happy with the quality of the stone and gold on the necklace . They did have a nice selection of watches and rings too. But I felt the necklace was more my wife's style. So yes it was,a positive and enjoyable experience here in Missoula Montana. When I come back to vist again I will be sure to stop by again.

It's obviously not his main task but he dealt with the ins and outs of my return very well. My issue is with Lucas. He appeared to be some sort of manager. He came over and interrupted James in the middle of our transaction. He started asking about coverage and what employees were doing which tasks. Then, he lead James away and through a door. They left me standing there for 4 minutes by myself at the register right in the middle of the transaction. When he returned, James was very apologetic. Lucas acted like I didn't exist. Someone needs to really train Lucas on customer service.

Retro cat eye with rhinestones. I was able to have my prescription filled in short order. When I got back to where I live the glasses arrived within a week or so. Even when the rhinestones started to fall out I was met with fantastic customer service. The price seemed reasonable, especially coming from where I live (Seattle.)
