She sent the septic inspection report so they knew what to expect. Monday they can out to pump when my mom asked about the inspection the guy told her that's not my job. She called the office and they told her they would be out the next day. 2days later my mom called again and they told her sometime next week. Since she's got a deadline for closing she started calling other places Only to find out that the septic now needs to be pumped again as the tank needs to be emptied to see what's going on and exactly what needs to be repaired.
