The job was done exactly as stated in the quote and when they left not a thing was out of place. No sign of digging every thing was cleaned up and I had a functioning system. I have been a customer for some time. Never had an issue until now. I called to have my septic tank…read moremy pumped the appointment was on 10/28/25. The guy who came out did a very poor job. He came out didn't have the necessary tools to do a complete pump. Told me he pumped out 900 gallons. He barely took anything out of the tank it looked to be 3/4 full when he told me he couldn't get anything else out. Called and spoke to Diane the owner she told me that the driver probably didn't have water to backwash the tank. She told me that they would be back out to finish the following Tuesday Nov 4, 2025. I called Prince of Pools November 3 2025 to confirm that they would be out. I was told by the woman who answered the phone no name given that she would check and get back to me. Waited all day no return phone call. Decided to call another septic company to come out and pump the tank. They came out right away and pumped the tank right to the bottom. Total gallons removed was 1000 gallons. My septic tank is only about a 1000 gallons. I also asked Diane if she would send someone out to give me an estimate on a new system as mine is old and in need of replacement. She said she would check the schedule and get back to me. Still nothing! Not the same quality that I used to receive.

I wish I could leave zero stars . Dan came to my home on May 13th 2021 to find a leak in my bathtub…read moreand fix it. The floor /carpet was continuously was wet on the outside of the bathroom every time we showered. He came , drilled a hole in my wall and told me that his findings were that the leak came from my shower stall , and it's not in his scope of works to fix that. He charged us $266.56 for the service visit and left . I was never told about the service visit fee when I called requesting his service , and I had not asked , I guess because I was desperate We put a towel to catch the so called leak , but the towel remained dry, and floor continued to get wet everytime we showered. Eventually, my husband and I decided to rehab the bathroom stall and when the contractors came out to look at the work to be done they identified that the leak was actually from the bathtub waste over flow drain lever trip face plate. It was rotted and because of that the water was spilling over. They found it through the very same hole in the wall that Dan made. I have called and texted Dan several times , even providing him with pics of the findings . His response was very blasé the time we spoke and I reminded him that I paid him over $266.56 to find the problem and fix it and he told us the wrong thing. I gave him more than enough time to respond, and to find a solution to this problem , and I've gotten no response. I cannot wait for my ceiling to cave in and I have no choice but to reach out to someone else to have this fixed. Buyer beware this individual may charge you high fees for nothing. What a waste of time and money !

I had 2 mold experts and a licensed contractor say it was ServiceMasters fault for not removing enough and ServiceMaster came in and said it wasn't their fault, which was expected. But Michael went so far as to create a narrative of completely separate water issue that I was "lucky" they found because of the first water issue. Complete BS. Sadly, insurance took their word over 3 other professionals. I will NEVER use ServiceMaster and suggest you don't as well. They are masters of nothing!!!
