I really like going to the location because it is not super busy and the vacuums that are free of charge have a thin nozzle so you get right into tight crevices better. The wash leave my car super clean. They let you borrow cloths so you can wash your car and a spray that helps you clean your windows. They have a machine that sprays your tires clean as well. They offer cleaning wipes and air fresheners for free but today they didn't have wipes. read more

I go to a few of their locations and while it's only 55 degrees this morning, it's a sunny day. So, I decided to get my car washed. Washes start as low as $3 and you can vacuum it yourself after or before you wash your car. There's never a wait because they have over 22 stalls to vacuum, wipe your car down, etc. It's a complete self serve car wash, as you drive up to a menu with a selection of all different washes which contain add ons like wheel brite, tire shine, Rain-X and many more. I was in the area and this place was packed! They have three lines to pay from and they are very organized at getting many cars through very fast! When I pulled in and I saw how many people/cars were in the line I thought I'd be stuck there forever. Thank you for being so efficient! I was in and out quickly. Jeff's Car Wash is changing! No more $3 car washes. I went yesterday and was told by attendant that they are changing. A membership program will cost $22 a month for as many washes as you want. Non-membership will cost $10 for basic car wash and up for waxes, etc. Nothing lasts forever, not even $3 car washes. I always took my car there. When they implement the changes in a few weeks, not sure what I'll do about getting my car wash. I only wash car every couple weeks. So, I'll pay $10? Probably. read more

Great place to get a cheap, quick, and efficient car wash! They have lots of options for car washes but the one I get is the $3 basic one that takes you through the car wash and leaves your car looking spotless. It can get crowded in the lines for drive thru so try to go on an off hour. The drive thru is automated but there's usually someone there to make sure you go through correctly. I've been here many times and it's been my go-to place for a car wash. However, for $18, they totally skimped on the tire shine. Less likely to come back. My car isn't that pretty to begin with but I feel like it looked dirtier afterwards just because of the tire shine. That said, They still offer free vacuums and $3 basic wash and it's always pretty quick. Hard to be mad at a place for messing up 1 time out of a dozen I've been here, but for nearly $20 i did feel like my car looked worse after. read more

Just came back from Jeff's Express Car Wash. It was okay. There were two really long lines to go through the external wash. You can purchase the basic wash & dry for $3 or choose from a whole host of upgrades for a higher price. I purchased the basic $3 wash & dry. It's nothing special, just the basic typical machine wash you can get anywhere. I have no idea how they could tell which cars purchased which options since they had two lines for payment which merged into one line to actually go through the wash. I got what I needed which was to get all the dust and other debris off my car until I have time to do a nice thorough hand wash in a few days. I am not sure if I will come back or not, but I may if I am nearby and really need a quick wash again right away. The staff was courteous and kept things moving along as quickly as possible, so that was a plus. They also offer free vacuums (if you can get to one when they're busy). I didn't need a vacuum as my interior is almost spotless, but I don't think I would have waited for one if I needed it. I suggest if you need a quick exterior wash and a free vac, hit this place up at a time other than an early Sunday evening and it could be a good deal for you without a long wait. read more

I've lived just up the road from here for about two years now, and until recently it was a sad, abandoned, kind of scary looking old car wash. A few months back there were signs of life and it was obviously the business had been bought, and they were making something of it. I'll be honest I wash my car pretty rarely, and when I do it's in the driveway with the hose, but when Jeff's had there official opening there were a few days where the washes were entirely free! I went though once and I was hooked, my car was so pretty and shiny when it came out. Now that the wash is no longer free I have been back once or twice. They offer a few different levels of washes ranging from $3 to almost $20. This is an entirely automated car wash where you go through the conveyor belt the whole time, the level of wash you chose determines which fancy tire/window/body treatments it applies. I have stayed with the mid grade wash at $7 and I am always very pleased with the result. A big plus at this car wash...FREE VACUUMS! There are an abundance of vacuum stalls with super powerful vacuums on each side of the car so you can easily get everything clear without wrestling too much with the vacuum hoses. Coming here for the vacuum is much easier than dealing with my shop vac and extension cord in the driveway. I'm glad this place got a facelift, and doesn't look creepy and run down anymore, and I'm washing my car more because it's so convenient. read more

This establishment scratched my car and refused to accommodate me for it. They accused me of lying, called me names and called the police because I wanted to file a claim report and contact corporate. The manager Andreas was vey rude and accused me of lying. I am a black female and the men became very aggressive and called me "entitled" and "rude". Andreas also accused me of that as well even though he stated he was not present yesterday for the incident. No contact from the owner which I can only assume supports this negative behavior. I have asked for communication to go above them and they respond by ignoring or dismissing me. They have made me very uncomfortable and nervous especially calling the authorities when there was no yelling on threat made towards them. The police took my side and explained that it is my right to complain and make as many requests as I like as long as I am not disrupting the peace or business...So here I am today again with the same excuses...they have to call the owner and he has to review the tapes....which I was told the owner doesn't review them....this is a terrible experience...I hope the owner sees this!!! Never go there again!!! If there is a problem they will accuse you first and accuse you again and when you don't agree they attack you personally. I am disgusted. I have attached all the reviews on the last 2 years to current supporting my above statement about the poor customer service, rudeness, and aggression of the employees who also pose as "managers". The saying goes, "nobody is going to clean your car better than you would." This place happily meets you half way. After being disappointed time and time again by the way the interior looks when I pay to get it cleaned by someone else, finally I can take control. When you roll up to the Jeff's Express Car Wash, you can park underneath a tent (protection from FL sun!!) and vacuum your car for free. The vacuum extends easily to the trunk of your car. The added bonus: there are vacuum extensions on both side of the car, so you don't have to wrestle around with the vacuum hose! The vacuum is powerful, so if you have long hair, tie it up! Oh, AND IT'S FREE. No timer or anything. You can take your time and get into every crevice so your car is perfectly clean. They even have garbage bins (which are empty, most of the time, so it's well looked after), so you can easily throw out any garbage you have in your car too! Since this is "express" the car wash is a machine wash and dry with plenty of options and packages available. You drive up to a machine, pick your wash choice and any additions, and pay with card or cash. The bar will raise and let you through. When you get to the car wash machine, you drive onto a conveyor belt, put your car in neutral, and the conveyor belt takes you through the wash. Don't worry about memorizing all of this. There is always a guy there guiding the process. The most basic wash starts at three dollars. I'm in it for the deal, so I usually get that one and it does a good job for a machine wash. My car always looks shiny and clean, although the drier at the end doesn't completely dry your car. However, on a hot Florida day, it will evaporate in a minute. I've had the 7 dollar one which adds rain-x and cleans your wheels. Another boss choice. The ease and practicality of this car wash is awesome and I will certainly keep coming back on my lunch breaks. Love it! Pro tip: Open your hood and use the vacuum to take out those DAMNED leaves that get stuck in the corners of your hood! It's my favorite part. So therapeutic. :D read more

Very friendly staff waking around emptying garbage cans and sweeping up the parking lot. You can tell the staff cares about your experience. The vacuum power could suck up a small child and there is one on each side of the stall so two people can vacuum one car at the same time or you have more accessibility on both sides of the car. The vacuum does a great job on the carpet! The car wash (I chose $7 because I wanted to get my tires cleaned but you can choose $3 for a great wash) did an excellent job, my car came out spotless. I went here twice in one week. i went to get a basic wash for $3 on Monday 11/15/21. I got home and notice my was never touched in the front and back, the sides were clean. Then went back on 11/16/21 and paid for a $15 lava shield was and same thing. My van was still dirty in the front and back. The worker sent me back through again with the manager special wash which was $18. I got the same results and at that point I was very frustrated and very upset that I wasted money to still have a dirty van. I am very dis with this place, this is not the first time this happened and I let it go. This place has lost me as a custome. This was my favorite car wash, but today I paid $10, and got wash for $3, I had to repeat wash for extra money.

Took my car to Jeffs express on Sunrise Blvd, the blower ripped off my moonroof visor slamming it down onto my hood and dented it. I know they saw it because I purposely left the visor in the auto wash. When I returned the next day to speak to management about possibly having my car repaired, the Asst. manager had no idea of the policy, he said he had to speak to the Manager, so I left my info with him to be contacted, I'm still waiting......this happened back in March. As long as your coming outta pocket they're your friend but when you have a problem, they could care less. read more

This place is pretty awesome. It was like a cool ride (my dog was scared at first but then smiled afterwards), in and out of there in 5-10 minutes tops, and had free vacuums afterwards. I just left this car wash around 1:25pm on 11/24/18. It's a Saturday so I'm aware there would be a crowd and had no issue with that. I washed my car and upon exiting the wash station, I directed, both verbally and with a hand motion to exit the premises. My car had yet to be vacuumed and I expressed this to the attending staffer; I was then told because they were crowded to leave without vacuuming my car. I refused, I then stated "I paid for the wash and need to vacuum" he still continued to ask that I leave. He then directed two cars behind me to do the same. I drove to the side to wait for a vacuum and he walks to my car and stands in front asking that I leave since it was "crowded" but there was an empty vacuum station. His colleague walked over and I asked him if I could vacuum since I'd just washed my car, he directed me to the vacuum station without issue. As this is happening one of the customers from one of the other cars that were behind me got out and asked "so even if we paid for a wash, we cannot use the vacuum?" He said "yes you have to leave". The colleague that walked over to direct me into the vacuum station looked at him with a confused look and said "yes you can". If I could give no stars, I would. This wasn't the worst experience I've ever had but it's definitely worth noting. He also said he was the manager, which I don't believe whatsoever. For anyone reading this -- there are better car washes out there, this isn't one. Also, this was not my first time visiting this car wash. In the past, I've had pleasant experiences here, even with the long lines. Today's experience changed my opinion of this place and I won't return. read more

I forgot this car wash was located in my neighborhood so I Came by for a quick wash. But ended up leaving highly upset. The guys directing traffic are so rude and disrespectful. I watched one guy literally yell at every customer that passed by. Then had the audacity to get rude with me because he didn't allow me enough space to back out after being blocked in for almost 10 minutes. Even after I spoke to him and told him I would back up the correct way he continued to yell at me like I was dumb or something. I proceeded to inform the manager, and all he kept asking was if I was "making a threat" to his employee. Like really dude??!! I'm telling you what just happened....how is that a threat??!! I swear dumb employee even dumber manger. Apparently this has happened before if you automatically assume everyone that has a complaint is threatening your staff.
