Took one of my cars to them and not happy at all, first off the car had been in body shop to get some paint done there was still glue and tape on the car and few scratches on it. I met Mike he told me to bring the car noon the following day, I arrived Mike isn't there two friendly ladies assisted said they would give me a call when the car is ready in about 4 hours. Cool.. 5 hours later I heard nothing give a call she said she will ring me back . I get a text saying car is ready for pick up. When I got to the shop the car looked good but once looking over it I wasn't really sure this was their best effort... Mike kept telling me he couldn't polish as he would strip the film so after leaving I pull up to a parking lot to go over the car and I find a lot of details that are just sup bar for a $250 detail job... See pictures for reference apparently the polisher he uses can't take glue off and any case a casual micro fiber would have removed it any case. In short if you ask me would I recommend them not at all and it's a pity because I always admired the work prior. read more

The first time I contacted them, one of their guys came out and did a good job. The second time that I contacted them, they totally flaked on me. They didn't show up or let me know that they couldn't make it. Pretty disappointed in the lack of professionalism. read more

TL;DR: Washy is great, Emanuel is great. I brought my BMW 650i to Washy after I had been out of town for two weeks and Pine sap had dripped all over the car. It was pretty severe and the sap thoroughly covered the hood and trunk, as well as there being patches sap on the sides of the car. Being a white car I feared that it would leave permanent discolorations. I reached out to Emanuel and he promptly responded. I explained to him what had happened and he gave me an explanation of how he would treat such a problem. He was very thorough and transparent with his pricing. The next day when I brought the car to Washy Emanuel I did a walk around and again went over how he would treat each of the problem areas. He assured me that nearly all of it would be correctable, and he delivered. The car was restored to its original pristine white with 99.99% of all sap being removed. Only 1 or 2 dot sized spots remained, from what once covered a significant portion of the car. He did a great job cleaning all door sills and rims as well as vacuuming the inside of the car. I highly recommend Emmanuel, he is prompt, has great attention to detail, communicates well, and goes above and beyond. When looking to schedule a company to detail our van I had called and emailed 2 other companies before finding Washy. Emmanuel was very prompt in getting back to me after my initial contact and scheduled a visit for the same day. He communicated when he was on his way which allowed me to schedule the time to be without my vehicle. I had contacted him for a detail and for sap removal. Once he arrived he gave me an estimate of the sap removal and got started on it. It turns out we had more sap than expected on the roof so he arranged to come back for a second visit and was able to remove all the sap without damage to the clear coat and went above and beyond while detailing the car, providing a protective coat to the plastic on the grill and fenders. Emmanuel has a steamer and pressure washer in his van so he is fully mobile. Although I would recommend parking the car in the shade, during most of our visit we didn't have a garage to park in so he worked diligently outside in the sun! Overall I am very please with my service and have scheduled Emmanuel to come back and service my van regularly every few months. Good job Emmanuel! read more

Outstanding job on my Corolla! I called Washy for an exterior/interior detailing, and luckily they were able to fit me in same day. I brought my boy into Washy and within seconds, was greeted and quoted a fair price for what i was asking to be done. I wanted a squeaky clean job for the interior and as best as can be done on the exterior. After a few hours, i returned to the car looking brand-spankin' new!! They managed to get old stains out of the seats and restore my boy to his original glory! Totally worth every penny! I contacted Washy about a detail job on a Sunday night and was provided a very quick response. He was accommodating and fair about pricing. I warned him that the car was a complete disaster to which he kindly assured me it would look like new when he was done with it - and look like new it did! My vehicle had been parked under a tree for about year mostly not used. I'm sure one might imagine the bugs, dirt, and disarray that it leaves. During this time, someone must have left a moist something on the back seat because it was rusty and smelled of mold. I won't waste anyone's time describing just how disgusting my car was. When we were going over all of the issues of the car, he noticed that my tire was going to burst any minute. He offered to coordinate a tire change, filter hangs, & wiper change ALONG with the detail. It was like I had met my guardian angel as my work is pretty rigid and I have difficulty taking time off to address these things. I left my car knowing it was in good hands and received texts about updates. The most amazing aspect of this process was when I received a picture of the mold underneath the bench. HE HAD TAKEN MY BENCH OFF TO ADRESS THE ISSUE. I've gotten my car detailed before and I know that he went out of his way to address the root cause of the smell and the rust on the seat. I picked Washy because of the great reviews and because of how professional and responsive the owner was on the phone when I called to schedule an appointment. He communicated well with me, quoted a price that was more than fair and stuck to that price, and most importantly, left the car as clean as the day we bought it. I had the interior detailing done as a birthday gift for my husband and could barely wait to show it to him when I got home. My husband was over the moon with the final product.
