The pressure washer guy that cleans the wheels I noticed with the car in front of me had the pressure washer way too close to the rims and I didn't notice until I got home that one of my wheels. The paint is all chipped off and it has to do with the pressure washer and the receipt says if your not 100% satisfied we'll make it 100% right but the owner said he doesn't care. Update- they say that after my review is posted and he says this in comments now but this is a car that had no issues as I do car events so there are pictures that show never damaged before until I came here. He didn't even resolve and try to even offer a solution. Do not go here. read more

My poor car lost to a bird flying overhead this morning, splattering her nose to tail. Luckily I have a parking garage at work so she wasn't baking in the sun, but I wanted to get her cleaned up before my drive home. I found this spot here on Yelp and it is right around the corner, so I popped in just before lunch. The guys were really nice and took great care of my baby. They asked at the end if I wanted the inside too, but my interior was pretty good, so I just did exterior. $12!! What? Yes...reasonable and did a good job. I tipped more than normal because they worked hard! I will definitely be back for a quick wash. read more

I believe it is under new management, and unfortunately, the quality has dropped significantly. Previously, Joseph and his team always did an excellent job. Now, with the new crew, I wasted $40. They didn't even touch the wheels, and I ended up cleaning the front end of the car myself right in front of them. I'll have to give it a proper wash at home. This experience has completely lost my business--and that of all my coworkers. They will ultimately get your car wet, and put a ton of tire shine on it to look clean. read more

The people are nice. The outside is great, the inside is questionable at best. I try multiple places in the greater Fort Lauderdale area. I get my car vacuumed and washed about every other week. I do have a dog but overall a pretty tidy and clean person. In my opinion this is one of the worst inside jobs I've ever seen. I didn't ask them to fix it, I left. That might be on me but I had other places and commitments. I just can't believe this is 25 dollars and I paid a $7 tip. If I were to come again, outside only. read more

Poor service - after their car wash, the car was still dirty of debris, leaves around the hood, trunk and dirt around doors, wheels. The managers was rude and unprofessional - arguing and trying to upsell on more expensive services, when a simple car wash should remove the basic dirt. I had to come check this place out because everyone seems to love it online. The way people write about this car wash on google is a little questionable. I just went to Traffic Wash today for the third time ever because I keep trying to see what makes them so great as people say, but I'm not seeing it. They are "okay".. not a bad job but I don't see anything special about this place either. I'll commend them on how they're fast and efficient, but that's it. No plastic feet mats every time I come.. they say they are out but I've been there 3 different times over the past month so either they never had them to begin with or they need to buy a few more LOL. Also I have to ask for them every time to put air freshener in my car and show them a few spots they missed when they say they are "finished." What really makes me write this review is the price change. Regular cars used to be $15 which is great. It's pretty much the only reason I kept coming back because nowadays everyone is charging $20-$30. But today when I went the cashier said $20. I was confused and he said the price went up, I paid the $20 but why should I pay $20 with tip for a half-done wash when I could go somewhere else a little further and pay the same or maybe $5 more for people who will carefully clean my car. They do their job good and I'm grateful for the wash but it could have been better. Overall I think this is my last time going here. read more

I have been here a few times as it's close to my place and my experience has been consistent each time. The people doing the exterior wash usually do a good job but generally, don't look for the leaves near the trunk, unless specified. But, the interior wash leaves much to be desired. And they almost never clean the trunk. Even when I remind them, the crevices where the leaves and grease get collected are never cleaned. And the older gentleman who does a poor job of vacuuming/ wiping down. Even when I point it out, he's rude and refuses to do it. Finally, one of the younger guys have to be called in to do the job. Been here lots of times and finally got around to reviewing the business. For $25 they do a decent job of getting a dirty car and having it look nice again. If you are looking for a miracle cleaning for that price then this place is not for you. If you want a $200 detail for $25 then you wont be getting that. Its a place to simply get a quick hand wash car cleaning. It wont be perfect but it will be a cleaner car. Drop your expectations of a simple car wash and you will enjoy the fast convenient cleaning this and many quick car washes provide. They wash the hell out of your car here. I would imagine its the equivalent of taking a bath. Your car gets scrubbed and rinsed probably 3 times before they start on the inside. I think the price is great and explains why there is always a line. This is a bit far from me, but if I'm in the area I try to make a stop here. They vacuum, spray windows, and wash mats. read more

Mediocre internal detail. They missed a bunch of spots with their vacuuming and left an oily chemical residue over every surface in the car. The center console had like four tablespoons of a nasty liquid swishing around at the bottom. Did they really think I wouldn't notice that? How hard is it to spend the extra five minutes to actually wipe down surfaces instead of spraying randomly? These people are not professionals. Take your money elsewhere. These guys are awesome. They really hustle to get your car through the line. And my car was finally really clean, vs the way places like Mr Squeaky left it; half covered with dirt. And they cost less! I'm definitely using them from now on for both of my cars. They hand-washed my car, then went over it with a pressure washer, then hand dried it. They cleaned my Weathertech liners too. I'm looking forwarding to using more of their services like getting my car waxed, and the inside thoroughly detailed. I came to Traffic Wash today because of all the great reviews. I just needed the outside of my vehicle washed (no interior cleaning was needed). The guys were fast, but they missed many areas of the car including dirt all along back bumper, tire flaps, and roof. They also left many streaks down the sides of the car. They were not busy, so I am disappointed that more care wasn't taken to make sure everything was clean. I would have returned and had it redone but I did not have time today. read more

Each worker takes his time to thoroughly do their job and they really clean inside and out. My car is a Toyota Corolla (considered compact so I only paid $15 (goes up mid-size $20, Large $25 and so on) for top-notch inside and out cleaning. They were so good I gave them $10 tip.
