This car wash is the ABSOLUTE WORST. I forgot why I quit going years ago but I remembered real quick today. I walked out as soon as my car came out of the car wash to ask them to not put any tire shine on my tires. I hate it. As soon as you leave it slings all the way down your car and it's instantly dirty and greasy. They lathered it on thick. Rather than wiping down my back seat, they just threw everything from the floor board onto the seat and left it completely dirty. I tried to call and complain and their phones don't even work. Save your money or go down to the one by Lowe's. Edit.....had the owner or whoever commented read my review, I walked out and asked them NOT to add the tire shine. When my car was done, I asked for it to be removed but they workers don't speak English or understand it. I also did not expect a full detailing but to leave everything across my backseat that I had under my seats for a reason is ridiculous. I have been coming here for the past few months & had no complaints until recently. The last 3 times I got my car washed, I left with soap running down the back of my car and on my mirrors. When I told an employee, I was told "Well it's no big deal since you have the unlimited membership, so you can just go through again." I did, and came out with soap on my car yet again. Came here for what I thought would be a quick wash on a Tuesday afternoon and it took over 2 hours to clean and detail my car (it sat without anyone working on it for the vast majority of that time so it's not like they were working hard on a super dirty car). Also I was with my infant daughter (not that that should matter to them) so I wasn't prepared to stay that long. The sign at the front said 30-45 minutes so I feel very misled. I wasn't even able to have them finish because it was taking so dang long and I had to leave to feed my child. So I left with a dirty car and they didn't even offer a refund or credit. I have contacted them asking for a resolution, so may update this review if they get back to me. Otherwise, will not be back. Edit: Got an immediate response and a kind offer from the owner. Where do I start? I guess if you have to get your car washed you are better off doing it yourself. I got a hand wax on a Saturday. Lesson 1: Never take it while they are busy like Saturday! They do not pay attention to detail at all. Very sloppy job. Barely vaccumed, and let's face it it took them 45 min to get it in the bay because they put my car in the front at first not the detail center like I paid for. Lesson 2: Never get detailed! You get the same service but faster with managers special. Same bad quality wash, just save money. Detail means they work so much slower. Watch them one time. Slower than pond water. The people out front are getting a workout while the detail center walk like zombies. Lesson 3: Not many other choices around. Doing it yourself maybe not an option. There are other services and mobile detail companies that will come to you. Save gas and hire them, that's what I will do from now on. Spending 1.5 hours at the car wash on Saturday is not a fun way to spend your day off. read more

The staff was really great . Robert was took the extra time to clean the inside extra good. My car had alot of beach sand and he was checking and said hold on I wanna make sure you are happy with how your car looks. I said it looks good to me. If you like paying a pretty penny for a thorough wash and inside cleaning with shampooing but prefer them to: - forget to vacuum and do inside cleaning as described - leave your car sitting in detail bay for 20 minutes before being worked on - only to go back to the car wash area because worker noticed botched/non-existent work - "clean" your windows by leaving foggy streaks throughout - still not properly clean what they forgot the first time around, leaving cupholders and dashboard dirty - do all of this, not in the 45mins promised, but in 2 hours then yes, yes, yes - you've found the right place! When the car returns, it's detailed, cleaned from inside and out, and you get to choose two fragrance packs. While you're waiting, there is an air conditioned waiting space with ample seating and a television. You can purchase snacks, mats and amenities for your car, and even reading material. Do not use this place. Go a little further down the road and find another car wash. I bought the express package and in the beginning I was happy, then after a couple weeks I noticed a scratch on the back of my leather steering wheel, and another in an odd place on the inside of my driver door. I did not mention it but the next time there was a new scratch on the leather of the passenger seat that I noticed after I got home. I was not happy and went back one last time (since I paid so much for the monthly package) to cancel my package and talk to the manager and asked them to be extra careful this time. As I waited outside for the manager my car comes out of the wash. This kid gets in and proceeds to drive it over to the detail area and I hear this huge 'clunk'. I go over and he's a little freaked out and says the parking break must have self engaged. WHAT?! REALLY?? So much for extra careful. The manager tells me his team could not possibly have scratched my leather. They are not allowed to have anything on themselves or their clothing that could damage a car. And the kid standing there waiting to do my car is wearing cargo shorts with metal buttons all over them! I point this out and was then accused of being careless myself, and lying. After about 15 minutes of arguing I asked for the owner information. Only then did he write up an incident form and take pictures of the damages. That was a month ago at least. I never heard from them. You can't trust a place where they allow the manager to lie to your face with proof of his lie right there and still say he's right. Yeah, cus he said those buttons couldn't scratch the leather. (Even though they're not allowed to wear that.) Don't give this place your hard earned money!! read more

I don't know if these guys were having a bad day or not, but I would never again visit here. 1) The "BASIC" was is $20.00 2) Because LOVE BUGS were in season, they had a hard time cleaning the bug guts off my car & windshield. 3) After I drove away, I found they had left a spray bottle of cleaner in my car. 4) I had left my company camera in the side compartment that I though would hide it. Apparently NOT, because I later found 2 "selfies" from an employee on my camera ! Horrible I am a car club member and pay $30 for unlimited washes and can choose to pay $15 to have my interior cleaned and vacuumed, they have always wiped down the entire interior and trunk got vacuumed. Today after having to ask several people what lane to park in and then to have them come inside and tell me I need to go to the self serve and had to prove what I paid, they didn't touch the door panels, or the trunk the mat were soaking wet, I grabbed a towel and dried them my self. There was sand still in the door, now I have to figure out how to cancel this club membership. read more

Anyway, this place was fast (less than 10 minutes for wash, hand dry, vacuum, tire shine, dash cleaning). I also have a pet peeve with car washes that they actually got right. I always seem to drive away with part of the tire still looking dull - not here. They actually covered the part of the tire that was sitting next to the pavement. That is some serious attention to detail. I don't see any streaks on the windows either. The staff was very courteous and the restrooms look like something out of a nice hotel. I wish every business in Savannah was run like this one. I won't go anywhere else to get my car washed. read more

Do Not go to the Pooler location! I came back in to get the handwax I paid for but didnt get the first time. On this trip back not only did they give me a poor wax job. Let me rephrase they barely even waxed my truck at all. TO TOP IT OFF THEY SCRATCHED MY FRONT HOOD ALL THE WAY TO METAL!! THEN HAD THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME IT WAS LIKE THAT! UNBELIEVABLE! If they in fact "look at the cameras as part of their investigation" and own up to their HUGE SHADY MISTAKE, I will revise this review. But until that time I will never ever bring my vehicle back to these people and hope enough people read this to not have to go through what I went through today. read more

Arrived at the car wash early to try and beat the rush of cars. 4 people detailing my car and it barely looked better than it did before the wash. When they told me it was done and I could leave, I had to immediately ask them to wipe down the back of the car. There was still dirt/dust covering the bumper. Opened the drivers side door and mud was still on door and carpet. Cleaning spray/gel not wiped off console. Dust still on dash, in cup holders, on middle console. Back seat still had dust/mud on the leather part. Bird crap still caked on window and passenger door. Opened up passenger door and mud inside that door as well. It barely looked like it had been vacuumed, let alone cleaned. Talked to supervisor and two women at the front part where the money transactions are handled. Two women were rude, no apologies at all. Did let me go back for another car wash and I explained to the supervisor and showed him. No big deal apparently. It was cleaned up more but not much more. Bird crap still on window. I will not be going back at all, it was very obvious that no one to care to really do the services we are paying for at this location. read more

I have been a member of the fastpass for sometime. Every thing was okay, however today, The location at Pooler had the worst customer service, I have experienced. The lady at the cashier charged me the incorrect amount and the manager was not willing to help. Everyone was just giving me a hard time. The manager and workers did not care how unhappy I was. Called and spoke to Guy, who is the manager, found out my mirror was at this place of business. Went to pick up my mirror and asked, (even though I know as a vehicle owner we get our car washed at our own risk) well Guy at Savannah Car Wash in Pooler, Ga. ordered a mirror for me, which will be available for me on the 3rd of March. Please do not waste your money with this particular location in Pooler, GA. I took my car two weeks ago and they left stuff all on the floors when they were supposed to vaccum it (it looked like it had not been touched at all). My husband surprised me this past weekend by having my car detailed to the max for a present...at... guess where? Yes, the Pooler, Ga location. When my husband brought my car home, they left wax all over it. I spent almost an hour trying to buff it out myself. My husband paid $125.00 for a shitty job and then tipped them $25.00 before he had a chance to look at it. My teenager could have done better job. Alex the Manager refused to give me a refund, made all sort of excuses as to why it happened and then offered for me to bring it back at a later date. Not. This place is high priced. I'm only giving two stars because of inconsistent quality. This is the second time in three weeks that the interior of my vehicle was not thoroughly cleaned. Sand on the floor mats and the dog seat cover (made waterproof and of an easy to clean material) still had sand and hair on it. There were smears and smudges on the windows and body. The dash had dust on it. Usually, when I stop here it takes 20-30 minutes for the Manager's Special. Today I only waited 10 minutes and it showed all over my vehicle. I had a wash pass and cancelled it. The car wash on Abercorn always did a terrific job. This location, don't bother. I paid for the wash/wax just below the top one. When finished I had to point out to the guy that the adhesive from their previous sticker was still on the window. There was still debris in my cup holders and in the wells on my doors that you use to pull the door shut. Apparently none of the employees take any pride in their work. Never again. They are not thorough, I have the fast pass and EVERY TIME I go there I tell the managers to have them clean the windows extra, and EVERYTIME, at best, it is a cursory pass. They spend time on the side windows, (easy to get to) but I spend little time looking out the side windows. Today, I said it again, to 2 managers, then sure enough when I pulled away and the sun hit the front window there were spray spots all over it. Like they sprayed something on them and didn't wipe it off. I hope they are reading yelp. What about clean the windows do they not understand. I'm taking it back tomorrow and everyday until they get it right. They will grow tired if me. Every time I tip, but I won't tip again until I'm satisfied. I also got my last car detailed here. Not any different than a normal cleaning, and the windows were streaked when I left. Very frustrating. read more

Worst car wash ever , it was cheap for a reason. The car wash took off our windshield wipers and caused us to get new ones because they weren't liable for any damage. We also paid for a super deluxe and they did not clean the tires like it said it came with. The car is still dirty it did not clean at all. You think it would of cleaned since it was so rough it bent the mirrors back. It took absolutely forever because they kept shutting off the wash with a truck in the middle of cycle. Also all of the employees were outside smoking their vapes messing around, while watching two of them attempt to clean someone's else's car. We dropped off my fathers 2018 Toyota tundra, and purchased a $135.00 FULL detail. We dropped of at 9:30 a.m. Around 12:45 we stopped by to check, and it hadn't been touched. I asked a young guy about it, and he said they needed the truck till about 4:00p.m. wel left, and returned at 4:15 We had to ask for someone to come to the desk to get the keys. While checking the truck we found, the wheels still had brake dust, I wiped off with my finger, the weather stripping was crusty, leaves, and pine straw were poking out of the wiper blades, the door jambs had not been wiped out, the drivers floor mat was still dirty, and a clump of partially removed bird crap was on the center of the hood. The windshield was spotted horribly, and the dash had been partially wiped. I went back in and asked for a manager, who came out, took one look, and said he would ge the "detail manager" the same young guy who requested to keep it till 4 came and started explaining it was the front lines fault . After I pointed out about half of the issues, he said I'll just get you a refund and yall take it somewhere else. The manager came out again, and told us uf we wanted to be that picky we should take it to a body shop. I asked if wiping door jambs and wheels off, was too picky.
