I was considering purchasing a membership, but decided to try a single wash this morning. So glad I did not spend any more money for a membership. There was no prewash service to catch the places like the rear window, which was still very dirty after I exited the car wash. For $22 I have to clean the windows myself. The wash was okay, but the car was not as clean as I expected. The tires were kind of half cleaned, do not look very good. Very ambivalent about trying this place again. Possibly being part of a national chain of carwashes is not all it is cracked up to be. read more

This car wash has gone downhill the last few months; there are 2 side wash brushes (blue) that don't work so your car is not clean, there were originally 3 drying wheels that dried the majority of you car. hey removed the two side ones and the main one for your hood, top and rear of your car that rarely works. It's a shame because my truck used to always looked good when I ran it thru. Now I must get out and do a lot of manual wiping (wiping rags are usually very damp) which I might as well just wash it at home. I tried to cancel my 3 memberships online and couldn't. Since becoming luv car wash they discontinued doing interior cleaning, which ruined my whole reasoning for coming here.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would, I used to live near Pottstown and used the car wash that was there before it was redone. They were great. I've been going through car washes for 40+ years and this was by far the worst that my vehicle has ever looked and I paid almost $30 for my unclean vehicle. My rear view window wasn't even cleaned. My running boards are still dirty, my mud flaps are still dirty, my exterior fender wells are still dirty on the front side and rear side. And don't get me started on the water spots all over the vehicle. I will never, ever go back to Luv Car Wash and if you want what you pay for, I would steer clear of this place. What a waste of my time and money. Very disappointed and you as a business should be ashamed of yourselves. read more

Before it became Luv the service was outstanding and so was the price. The switch over deleted my car from a 2 car account and charged us the same amount for 1 car. Was told that this is now the price. Service was good, but that price is just too much for 1 car. read more

Long time member but since they open from renovations they cut down on services and the washing is lousy they no longer spray the cars at the beginning of car wash they remove the two sides microfiber drying rollers and the center roller does not come down enough to dry properly thank you for your improvement corporate read more

I came to this place because of the reviews on yelp. I am absolutely flabbergasted by the "detail" work that was put into my car. I paid $53 and some change with additional $10 tip for interior detail and wash. The exterior of the car, great! The interior for the cost, poor. I usually never stray out of my way to a new place and this is the reason why. $43.00 for the express detail interior and comes with ultra wash. $10.00 for enzyme to sprayed because milk They didn't even clean the dash or the side door panels, the back seat door panel still had milk stains. I pay $28 and some change and they wash my mats, my door panels, clean the middle console, wipe all interior and windows without extra cost at another local place called sunset car wash in Pottstown. This is a lesson to be learned for sure! read more

In prep for a family trip I just went and had my car washed.. sorta.. 4 guys cleaning my car and 3 inside. 1 was nice others said nothing except what wash do u want.. after waiting for my car only 15 min. This is the result.. bugs allllll over the front of my car.. windshield has some too.. inside not vacuumed very well and barely wiped anything down. This is the 3rd time I've gone.. first time was great.. cars still new and easy to clean.. but I waited awhile to go this time and I'm sorry I did.. Never again.. read more

Tried Pottstown Autowash since I had a clipper magazine coupon for the full service wash which included exterior wash, vacuum, cleaned rims, interior window cleaning, and interior wipe down. My car hasn't been this clean since I got it. Normally you can hop in line for the car wash and pay once it's your turn but I'd definitely recommend parking in front of the shop and checking out inside if you have a coupon. Staff members were friendly and did a great job. Comfortable waiting area inside with a TV but would be nice if there were more seats. Will definitely return. read more

This place used to be good but now they are really bad. Took my car there and had to point out several areas they missed. They wouldn't even clean it off for me. Said that would be a "detail". Give me a break! I could wipe it off with my finger! The folks in the office were just rude. Will never go back. I will just have to wait in line at Scott's. I've used Pottstown Auto Wash twice now and have had vastly different experiences each time. My first visit was to have my old car cleaned and quick-detailed before trading it in. I went for the Ultra wash with the Elite interior service. I couldn't have been happier. The guys did an all-around great job and I was very pleased with the results. I believe that it was, in part, due to my car looking so great that I got an excellent tradein value for it. My second visit, today, was less than satisfactory. I took my new car through for an exterior-only wash, and the auto-wash itself was fine, but the guy who dried off my car at the end of the wash clearly didn't have his heart in his work. Interestingly, the same guy worked on my old car on my first visit and did a good job, but this time he seemed to want to be finished with my car as quickly as possible, missing large areas of my side-view mirrors and leaving gunk and grime on the lower panels. At this point I am mixed on whether I would go back here again. Judging from my two visits, it seems as though you get better service if you spend more money and purchase more services.
