This review is well overdue. About 7 years ago my daughter attended this center and there were constantly incidents from strangers on the sidewalk trying to lure the kids to the gate, kids bullying one another and even certain children within the program imitating inappropriate behavior. After a few months, it became very clear to me that certain teachers were more fond of a few children over others. As a former childcare teacher, that should never be the case. Each child should be worthy of the enrichment program but the biggest problem I believe is the student-teacher ratio and turnover of staff. Unfortunately, the final straw for me at this center was when my daughter was inappropriately touched by another student while under "supervision". My daughter, at 5 years old at the time, built the courage to tell me upon pickup and I am not going to say I wasn't livid but I did present this issue on the spot with the teacher/s and director. There was not much feedback other than we'll review the cameras and talk to the other child's parents. Based on their response and actions, I immediately withdrew my daughter, that same day. I would never recommend this center nor consider it to be a safe center. To this day and every time I pass the center while driving, it's reminds me of how there no proactive measures to ensure it doesn't happen to another child or the assumption that my daughter was lying. For her, it was traumatizing, I wonder how this location has remained open. FYI: They were very overpriced for the "Enrichment" experience and the parking lot is very small, expect to be blocked by another car when parked or stalled to get in. read more

Everything about this daycare center is fantastic! I highly recommend for a number of reasons: Communication: The communication from the center director and front office is excellent (Ms Cynthia, Ms Amanda, Ms Cindy). Parents are made aware of the activities going on within the center by email, flyer postings, and the app. Learning: I appreciate the structure and activities in the classroom that provides an inviting and encouraging environment for learning, socializing, manners, lessons, artwork. Teachers: I have a son in the baby room. We have fell in love with Ms Hannah and Ms Danielle. Their patience, constant communication, experience, and affection has provided me with the utmost comfort and trust that may baby is in excellent care. The foot and handprint artwork he comes home with I will keep forever. I also have a son in the 3 year old room. He wakes up every morning with excitement to go to Ms Melissa's room. Ms Melissa brings great fun and creative learning to the classroom. Her experience allows for excellent classroom management and respect from the kids. The kids adore her and each other. Cleanliness: The level of cleanliness throughout the center leaves me with great confidence that the entire staff is working diligently to safeguard the health and well-being of all children. Swim Lessons: My 3 year old loves learning to swim with Ms Kylie! She is incredibly patient, experienced, responsible, comforting, and an excellent communicator. We are grateful our son had the opportunity to learn how to swim with Ms Kylie. Events: I love the events the center puts together for the kids and their families, such as the Fiesta Parade and Thanksgiving luncheon. I appreciate the school photo opportunities as well. We love Luv N' Care and think of the directors and staff as family. How they interact with my two boys and me truly brightens my day. All are so welcoming, supportive, and I love the pictures and updates I receive throughout the day! read more

I absolutely love this daycare. We have been using their services (daycare and summer camp) for 10 years. My now 11 year old started when he was one and continued with daycare till he was 5. He learned so much and entered public school academically ahead of his peers. He continued for several years with the summer school program and loved the field trips they often took. Fast forward my now 18 month old has been attending since he was 7 weeks old and is loved and doted on by most of the staff. He always enters the school so excited to see his teachers and friends. I am alerted by staff for every scratch, bruise or bump (even if it was acquired at home), which I truly appreciate. The facility itself is so clean and smells clean at that. No yucky diaper smells anywhere in the center. Ms. Alex up front is my sons favorite human! He can't wait to walk in those doors and give her a big hug. I get pictures and updates frequently and I can't recommend this daycare enough to my friends and family. read more

My son has been attending LNC for over a year and the experience has been wonderful. All of the teachers are very attentive, kind, and loving. They send photos and updates throughout the day through the Smartcare app which is such a bonus. The front office staff always greets us with a smile and acknowledges every person that walks through the door. You can tell it's a fun loving environment from the moment you walk in. When I pick him up at the end of each day, he's clean & happy. What more can you ask for? :) read more

My wife and I went for a tour today. They took our temperature and explained pickup, drop off and mask requirements. For instance to keep everyone safe from contamination parents aren't allowed to come into the building to drop off or pickup their kids. We were led back to the classroom where our child would be attending. After the door was opened the one teacher quickly put on a mask. Meanwhile the other kept her mask on her chin with her nose and mouth exposed. As we were leaving one of the front desk ladies smiled at us to say good bye not bothering to pull her mask up the rest of the way. Sorry Amanda, we don't believe you will keep our child safe. Your staff couldn't even fake it for a half hour. read more

Me and my wife went to countless day cares around town, some spouted how amazing they were based off of their education programs, some sold on a bilingual program and others simply sold on cheap rates. This was the one that gave me and wife the warm and fuzzies. At one point my wife even worked part-time at a daycare and we still ended up coming back here bc the one she was at for a few months ended up being all show and no follow through. We've moved around over the years and went to a few of their locations all of which were good. The teachers are nice, the staff remembers the kids' names and they give the kids simple homework to practice what they learn in class. The few times we've missed a payment or had any hiccups, they were tactful and worked with us if needed. All in all, the facilities are MUCH cleaner than most other day cares, the staff legitimately care about the kids and the learning program they have in place is above average from what I've seen at the other places. I'd highly recommend these guys over the other places I've seen and been to. read more

Very unprofessional environment and employees. They also are not friendly. I wouldn't trust leaving my baby here. Also mind you, when touring the room that my son would potentially be in.. the teacher was playing metal music and said "oh, please excuse the metal music.. I needed to keep my sanity"... which like, I get it and I enjoy metal music too but that is NOT appropriate music to be playing at a daycare when you are caring for OTHER people's children. I saw everything I needed to see within 10 minutes. It was clear that the place is run pretty carelessly and that the teachers don't even like their jobs. However, if you're comfortable leaving your children in an environment like that for about $300 a week, then this is the place for you :) read more

We have been with Luv N Care Henderson Pass since 2016 my oldest started with them K-5th grade and we loved every second of it! Now my two youngest boys attend age 2 and 4 they also get the great experience of Luv N Care! My oldest son attended here 2 months old until he turned 1 the infant room is very peaceful and very clean with strict rules before entering the classroom. I felt at ease dropping him off and i was able to call in and check in on him often. Ms Amanda, Anita, Alex and Melissa are always there to greet us and have such an awesome communication with me in regards to my kids and whats going on at the center. The teachers are so great and patient with the kids and I will say they have a low turnover rate so the fear of always meeting a new teacher doesn't happen here often! The center is well kept and clean the classrooms are always decorated differently throughout the week. Amanda the director stays on top of everything and make sure everyone is on the same page and feels comfortable, its truly like gaining another family! The center offers real time updates on a app from meals, activities with pictures, updates, etc. My children have been going here almost 2 years and the teachers are fantastic. They teachers treat my kids like their own. I would highly recommend this center to anyone needing childcare. I toured a lot of centers before choosing Luv-N-Care and even had my children attending another center before moving them to Luv-N-Care. read more

Started the summer program for my five year old son this year and he loves it. They have swimming, lots of activities, and weekly field trips. The teachers are really nice and try their best to work with my son while he's adjusting to a new school. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. read more

The infant daycare is nothing special. The daytime teacher Ms. Crissie is great, but the others are not reliable. They have lost a few of our items - bottles/nipples/socks & sent us home w/ wrong bottles and nipples. We don't get the impression that our baby is held very regularly while there and the few times I have visited, all the babies are playing independently - on play mat/exersaucer/swing - w/o much involvement/engagement of teacher/s. We also have had children in the afterschool program and it was not well supervised. There were WAY too many kids per teacher ratio and not very much structure. read more

My daughter has been going to this Luv N Care since she was 8 weeks old. She is now 3 yrs old, and thoroughly enjoys her time there! Many of her past teachers were diligent in teaching her the skills she needed to succeed, and were good communicators with me. I have never observed any issues with cleanliness, and have only had one or two things misplaced, which is better than I have done in my own home over the last 3 years!! The Director Emma is friendly and welcomes any questions or discussions about your child's experience. Mrs. Patsy in the 2's room is a potty-training Queen! There are so many other lovely ladies working at this daycare, too. I thoroughly recommend this daycare. read more

We were so mortified with our experience that my child only attended for one week before we pulled him out. My child who had been potty trained for 8 months was pooping his pants everyday and he was being sent home in other children's clothes even though I had provided everything for him. His teacher never greeted us when we dropped him off and never would greet my son. One time I asked her if she could read him a story b/c he was having some separation anxiety and as soon as I walked out the door she shrugged her shoulders and put the book down and completely ignored my son. After speaking to the director about this nothing was done to improve his stay there. I was actually brought to to tears b/c I felt s bad that I was leaving my son there. Also, there is no security system on the doors of this school, anyone can walk in the building without putting in a password and the school is located on a very busy road. My sister picked him up from school one day and was not even asked for identification. Listen to what your kids tell you and if you have a bad feeling about a place go with your gut! My son was actually saying to me "momma, I don't like my new school." He has now been at a new daycare for a few weeks and we love it, no potty accidents and no separation anxiety! Think twice before you enroll your child at this location. read more

The child care facility is awesome the staff is awesome .my child has been going here for 2 years... Your child is really in good hands here at this location. My only thing is I think they need to re do the summer fees especially for people on ccds... I've been struggling to pay the fees ... Maybe shopping the condition or seeing what other daycares do in the same situation ..should really be looked into having to pay the extra 28.00 fee each week regardless if ur child participates or goes on special field trips or not is the same thing as over charging a customer... Most other child care facilities have a lower flat rate for the additional summer camp seeing how our income is already low cause we're on ccds. Or you don't pay the xtra if your child doesn't go on the field trips And and crafts shouldn't be 28.00 a week xxtra ... ... ... Each facility doesn't set the rules or the price... That's the only thing that bothers me . nothing about staff or location .... I love all the care providers at this location their the best... They treat your child like one of their own here.. !!! read more
